Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete for chajja , roof , beams etc structures as per specifications

Dismantling of plain cement concrete (PCC) in foundation, beams , flooring etc

Dismantling of Purlins and Roofing sheet stacking in a designated place identified by the Engineer

Excavation work in excavation in all types of soil including setting out, levelling, dewatering and shoring, dressing the side and bottom including all lifts and levels compacting the excavated bottom, stacking, disposal of surplus excavated materials within a lead of 1000 m spreading and levelling of disposed material etc all complete for depth from ground level but not exceeding 2.0 m . The cost includes stacking and back filling

Supplying and filling crusher sand ( 6mm downwards) up to any depth under floors , around foundations plinths etc in layers not exceeding 200 mm thickness and compacted so as to achieve at least 95% relative density as per IS 2720 including spreading , watering , compaction dressing., royalty etc all complete

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of M 15 grade as levelling course to the required grade and level including the cost of formwork and shuttering

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS 456 and IS 10262 of grade M 25 with nominal size stone aggregate of 20 mm in foundation / Sub structure, grade slab drain under floors etc as per the drawing including the cost of shuttering, formwork excluding the cost of reinforcement bar. The cost includes fixing of foundation bolts

Providing , straightening , cutting bending and placing at any level binding in position of steel reinforcements of corrosion resistant TMT steel of grade Fe 500 D conforming to IS 1786 including the cost of binding wire, labour, scaffolding etc as shown in the drawings

Grouting the foundation bolts with approved Non expansive grouting compound to the required level and grade as per the drawings

Construction of brick/ block masonry wall 200mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as shown in the drawings, the cost includes scaffolding

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel conforming to the grade Fe 490 as per the drawings including the cost of painting with epoxy of minimum 200 micron thick as per tech specification clause 12.7, nut , bolt , washers , sag rod and all accessories. Shop drawings shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor prior to the procurement and fabrication

Providing and fixing of corrugated asbestos cement roofing sheet fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks , nuts and washers 8mm dia per IS 459 and IS 3001 excluding ridges with 6mm thick sheet. The rates includes the cost for overlapping, wastage and all necessary nuts washers bolts, J hooks and other fasteners

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in asbestos cement sheet roofing with GI J and L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with GI washers complete with 6mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing crimp curves eaves.

Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs, consisting of first and third courses of blown or / and residual bitumen applied hot at1.2 kg. per sq. m. of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade (Hessian base self-finished bitumen felt) and fourth and final courses of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 0.006 cum per sq. m. including preparation of surface excluding grading and applying primer.

Providing and fixing plain cement asbestos sheet for cladding including the cost of hooks , nuts , bolts and washers

Providing 12mm thick cement sand plaster 1: 4 for internal plastering over the brick/ block work walls and existing walls

Providing 20 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:4 in two coat with 8mm first coat and 12 mm second coat with a suitable water proofing agent used as admixture duly approved by the Engineer

Providing and applying two coats at all levels with cement paint (Ace or equivalent approved brand ,manufacturer and colour) on the internal surfaces surface including scaffolding , preparation , curing etc

Providing and applying two coats at all levels with Acrylic paint (Snowcem or equivalent approved brand ,manufacturer and colour) on the external surface including scaffolding , preparation , curing etc

Supply and fixing of Wind driven turbine ventilators fixed in the roof. The rate includes all fitting and fixtures

Providing and fixing Aluminium partition as per the drawing including all fitting and fixtures including a aluminium door as shown in the drawing

Providing anf fixing powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for windows of size 1490x1350 (Swing type) with extruded built up sections like Z sections or other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, CP brass/ stainless screws including supply and fixing of hinges, glazing 6mm thick etc complete with all fittings

Supply, fabrication and erection of extruded aluminium alloy rolling shutters conforming to IS 6248 of size 4500x4500 mm , the rate shall include all necessary rails , lock plate guiding channels , fixing cleats etc all complete Mechanically gear operated.

PVC down take pipe 110 mm dia including all clamps and fixtures

Providing false ceiling including all hangers and frame work in stainless steel/aluminium

Supply and providing TATA Blue scope gutters on the eaves to drain out water safely to the down take pipes. The cost includes all fixtures and fasteners including sealant , testing for leakage etc

Aluminium door 1.5mx2.100m double swing door , the cost includes frames , shutters all fixtures and fasteners

UTILITY AND DRAIN

Excavation for drain and utility structures depth not exceeding 1.5 m and disposal of the excavated material. The rate is inclusive of dressing and shoring if necessary

Supply and laying Cuddapah stone 40mm thick of quality approved by the Engineer laid over the Cement mortar 1:2 with joints filled with rich cement mortar and polished in all respect the cost will include the skirting and daddooing
