Water Treatment Plant :-Designing (aesthetically), Providing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 0.15 MLD capacity . Tertiary Treatment plant with Hydro chloride system multi grade filter (MFG) activated carbon filter (ACF) Butterfly Valves with SS Disc for both filter header and for back wash system filter feed pump, pump make Kirloskar, 5 HP Motor 2 nos 1 working and 1 stand by mode , MS pipe for filter header Delivery line and sunction line, online chlorination system for disinfection : flow 0-6 lph metring pump with hypochloride HDPE tank, including gasket nuts and bolts MS flanges and bends, both filter and entire pipelines will be painted with 2 coat primer and 2 coat epoxy paint asian make, Shed work over filter feed Pump. The whole shed will be fabricated with MS Channels, MS Angles and fibre sheets , electrical connection for filter feed and auto dosing pumps with pannel including cable and other accessries . as per data sheet including structure testing equipment testing complete the rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the WTP system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work which includes Base line survey studies & Data collection, source studies, topographic survey, hydraulic design of entire water supply components of the project and Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. as per Data Sheet No. 2 Vol II. The O&M of mechanical water treatment plant for 8 years shall be carried out by the firm/contractor in all respect upto setisfection of Engineer-in-charge/Circle office in all respect.

UNDER GROUND MAIN & SERVICE RESERVOIRS:-Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular partially underground storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe ,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.

PUMP HOUSE & STORE :-Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) Construction of RCC framed pump house 5 mtrs height at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, c/o Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, including cost of site development required as per site condition,internal and, external landscaping, alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department.

Rising Main :-Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration metaled, unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing steel flanged pipes after every pipe of following diametr .Conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (Two inner & one outer), where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing, welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. as per Data Sheet No 8 Vol II

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP SETS:-Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning with automation (To be paid separately) of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirlosker as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors ( Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar /BHEL /CG POWER /Siemens /ABB /Marathon and suitable for operation on 415 (+6% ) and ( -10% ) volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby ), necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header, alongwith electrical control panel with soft starters; as per requirement of pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes,transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. as per Data Sheet No 9 Vol II

Automation:-AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The tenderer/firm shall Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fully Automatic LT Panel for centrifugal pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet powder coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 nos. pump of rating 40 HP automatically through Variable Frequency Drive Starter 1 No's. Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry pump protection. It should get on and off command automatically from PLC and HMI. Monitoring and controlling of Pump running and tripping status should be monitored and controlled remotely through IOT enabled device Make: Bechoff/GE/Aarmation Electric/Any Approved Make as per Data Sheet No 12 Vol II. All the components of quotation shall be of reputed/approved make and shall be got approved from the Circle office.

Providing & Fixing of RO +UV having storage capacity 10 Liters of Standred make such as Keant, Acgagard, LG complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
