Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cememt concrete 1:3:6 over 75 mm thick of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated & grouted with sand incl. necessary excavation, levelling, dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Internal & external plastering of brick work executed in walls & other places in the following thickness incl. cost of Labour & T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of E-I-C.

12 mm cement plaster mix ratio 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster of mix ratio 1:4 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering work with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacturer to given an even shade , new work ( two or more coats) over incl. cost of all consumables , Labour & T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of E-I-C.

Installation testing and commissioning of MPS Air roof Ventillators Exhaust fan (full size, steel) of reputed make in the existing opening ncl. Making good the damage connections, testing, commissioning etc. requires as per site condition incl. cost of all consumables, material, Labour & T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of E-I-C.

Installation of corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with Polymer coated J or L hooks bolts & Nuts 8mm diameter with bitumin & G.I. impet washers or G.I. impet washers filled with white Lead incl. a coat of approved steel primer or two coats of approved paints on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in Horizental/ Vertical or curved surfaces) exc. the cost of pulins, rafters & Trusses but incl. cutting to size & shape wherever required and all consumables, material, Labour & T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of E-I-C.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain 60 cm overall width plain GS sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet & Bitumin washers complete .80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm incl. cost of all consumables, material, Labour & T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of E-I-C.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing etc as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder , railings, brackets, gates & similar work incl. cost of material labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Aluminium structural work for office cabin i.e. fixing aluminium work for doors, windows ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular section appropriate Z section of approved make conforming IS 733 and IS:1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junction i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber neoprene gasket etc. Alluminium section shall be polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyster powder coating 50 micron) smooth rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle aluminium snap beading for glazing paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing including all consumables material labaour and T&P for completion of work

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan of reputed make including wiring the down rods of standard length upt 30 cm with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cover on the fan box etc. required as per site condition including cost of all consumable material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Wiring for Light point/fan poits/exhaust fan poits/call bell point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor singlr core cable in surface /recessed medium the point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. required as per site conditions incl. cost of all consumables, material, Labour & T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of E-I-C.
