Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for point wiring for One light / fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts, with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS) 1100 volts grade (ISI Marked) confirming to IS-694 with valid CML No, drawn through and including 20mm dia medium grade rigid PVC surface conduit (ISI marked) with all accessories including surface sheet steel terminal / CI box with 3 mm thick hylam / masonite sheet top cover including 1.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, including making good of disturbed surface of cement plaster, whitewash/ distemper to match with original colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : Two runs of main wire and one run of earth wire & PVC Conduit shall be measured and paid as one length.

Supply & fixing in repairs, single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 415 volt including MCB 20 amps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 1100 volt grade heavy duty electric power cable PVC insulated Aluminium conductor, 10 sqmm solid conductor, screwed with inner seathing of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire with one twin core cable flat or circulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement factory made MCB Distribution Board SPN 8 way 240 volt with double door, IP - 43 protection system with having 200 Amps 2 Nos bus bar for neutral bar and earth bus bar fixed/concealed in wall complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc including necessary connection lugging with copper lugs pin/ring type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement factory made MCB Distribution Board SPN 12 way 240 volt with double door, IP-43 protection system with having 200 Amps 2 Nos bus bar for neutral bar and earth bus bar, fixed/concealed in wall complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc including necessary connection lugging with copper lugs pin/ring type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down carefully and opening, dismantling of ceiling fans 48" (1200 mm) sweep cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and material and labour for re-winding the same with supper enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan with recommended quality grease/oil, re-assembling and refixing including replacement of unserviceable other parts, clamps, canopy, capacitor provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 sqmm of required length and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.
