M&L for periodic inspection/servicing to be carried out and making/keeping the cranes serviceable for cranes/mono rail crane of 2 Ton/ 3 Ton/5 Ton/10Ton capacity installed in various sheds including the following checkings/servicings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (i) LONG TRAVERSE (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Checking of Assembly vibration (c) Checking of Brake adjustment (d) Checking of Long traverse wheel for any Noise/ malfunctioning (e) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (f) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil. (Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (g) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (h) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (j) Checking and greasing of plumber block.

(ii) CROSS TRAVERSE (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Checking of Assembly vibration (c) Brake adjustment (d) Checking of cross traverse wheel for any noise/malfunctioning (e) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (f) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil. (Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (g) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (h) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (j) Checking and greasing of plumber block.

(iii) HOIST MOTION (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Checking of Assembly vibration (c) Brake adjustment (d) Checking of main bearings of the Rope Drum including greasing the same (e) Checking grease of Geared couplings and nut tightening. (f) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil. (Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (g) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (h) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing the rope. (j) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (k) Checking of Bearing of the Hook and greasing the same.

(iv) ELECTRICAL NETWORK (a) Checking the contactors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (c) Cleaning of control panels and checking of connections. (d) Checking of connections of VVVF drives/other drive, calibrating VVVF drive to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drives for smooth functioning of the same. (e) checking the serviceability of cable including power/control cable, checking the service ability of cable carrier/cable trolleys, adjusting as possible to get maximum free for movement of moving part/ Aprons of EOT cranes (v) DOWN SHOP LEAD (a) Checking the alignment and rectification. (b) Cleaning of the moving/sliding objects. (VI) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL (a) Checking function ability of motion push buttons, function lock key operated switch, "ON &OFF" indication lamps.

Note:- 1. Periodic inspection/servicing shall be carried out by authorized service engineers/ agencies of OEM (original equipment manufacturer),without any disturbance of movement/ operation schedule of depot storage shad. 2. All expenditure for minor Material & Labour, T&P shall be included in quoted amount. 3. Major material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of sch 'A' 4. Dismantling of existing reduction gear box for with device for hoist/CT/LT motion traverse for carry out replacement of following unserviceable Parts/Carry out misc repair and refixing the gear box after checking alignment of brake drum & motor and motor & gear box in existing position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (a) Replacing the worn out shaft seals & bearing (b) Replacement of internal cover gasket, (c) Replacement of gear oil completely (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (d) unserviceable Gear coupling with nuts & bolts complete

Dismantling of existing Electrically operated hydraulically damped lever operated drum brake, 415/230 volt, 3 phase/ single phase, drum size 150 mm/100mm for controlling, braking & holding of plumber blocks of hoist /CT/ LT motion, carry out replacement of following unserviceable Parts/Carry out misc repair and refixing the brake assembly after checking alignment of pulley, in existing position, of any capacity/power complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (a) Replacing the worn out activator seals & bush/bearing (b) Replacement of internal cover gaskets, (c ) Replacement / top up of Hydraulic oil/fluid (Note: Hydraulic Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (d) checking the alignment of activator, levers & other mechanism. (e) checking solenoid switch coil & insulation value, spring torque etc Note: 1.minor material such as seals, bush/bearing, cover gasket, nut bolt, washer, pins, lubricants, waste cloth shall be included in quoted amount

M&L for dismantling, taking down at elevated height & servicing of squirrel cage flameproof TEFC motor, dismantling of brake drum, motor coupling etc, replacement of unserviceable bearing, seal, bushes, shaft, assembling & aligning the same after repair work for hoist, CT (cross travel) and LT (long travel) motion motor complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Periodic checking, to be carried out in every three months, for making/keeping the cranes serviceable all as directed.

M&L for transporting to civil workshop, dismantling, rewinding the defective flame proof squirrel cage induction motor of single/ three phase, any make of any duty or any class of insulation, removing burnt out winding from stator / rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper wire of approved make and replacing insulation materials, varnishing with approved make, heating on electric oven till to get required insulation resistance value, replacing terminal block, re-assembling, testing and commissioning the following capacities complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

(a) 0.5 HP TO 2.0 HP

S&F in repairs plumber block with bearing complete, suitable for LT/ CT motion of 5 Ton capacity EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of flame proof push button pendent for all motions of crane including micro motion of 2 to 10 Ton capacity EOT crane all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Gear oil 20W 90 OMD for topupping/replacing/taken on E/M store, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Transformer oil to hydraulic thruster brake, for top upping/replacing/taken on E/M store all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable contactor of any make, model and capacity from the existing position and supply and fix 4 Pole contactor with NHD contacts 2 No+2NC, 32 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of existing unserviceable male-female combination of crane socket from existing position and replaceing the same with flame proof rotary switches 32 Amp with cable termination Box in LM-6 for 5 Ton capacity EOT crane and refixing the same all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix/lay, in any position, PVC insulated PVC sheathed fire retardant multistranded copper conductor cable, 4 core 10 sq mm size, with all lugs, thimbles, fixing arrangement etc. and testing after laying, including disconnecting & taking down of existing unserviceable cable from existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 16 above but 4 core 4 sq mm size, for hoist motion of 3Ton/5Ton EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for periodic inspection/servicing of electrically operation mechanism for door of capacity 8Ton of period of 3month complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge with following:- (a) motor, gearbox with break assembly (i) Inspecting the alignment of motor ,gear box assembly (ii) Topping up gear oil in gear box, inspecting leakage, replacing oil seal if required, oil shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Adjusting break, inspecting electric connection etc. (iv) Inspecting of alignment of bull gear and pinion (v) Greasing all moving parts. (b) Limit Switch & control wiring (i) Adjusting limit switch contacts. (ii) Inspecting control wiring connection & terminals (iii) Inspecting cable carrying arrangement, replacing U/S cable carrier (carrier shall be measured and paid separately) (c) VVVF drive and control panel Checking of connections of VVVF drives/other drive, calibrating VVVF drive to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drives for smooth functioning of the same. (d) Rollers & wheels. (i) Greasing of roller bearing, door wheel bearing.

M&L for aligning of lifting arrangement, Beam type,5Ton capacity, collecting the lifting arrangement from storage shed, transport to civil workshop, dismantling the lifting arrangement, aligning the beam by hydraulic press, rewelding the web with necessary reinforcement, refixing the chain with replacing weak link, replacing 4 nos hook locking arrangements, testing with full load for deflection, balancing test, painting with fire retardant paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Dismantling, taking down and S&F new wheels of Long Travel/cross travel 160mm dia of Flame proof EOT crane 2 to 5 Ton capacity with galvanised coating including other necessary nut. bolts, T & P required at site for replacement of wheels complete as directed and site by Engr-in-charge including testing and commissioning.

Supply and fix Intrinsically Safe Relay card suitable for 10 TON EOT crane for smooth functioning of crane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for scrapping and cleaning with wire brushes the old painted steel surfaces of EOT crane of capacity up to 5 Ton, Long span upto 38 m with guide rails and all exposed parts of crane of any description including removing the oil and grease stains using cleaning agents and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (golden yellow) by spraying method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
