The Tenderer should be an Agency with more than Providing atleast 70Nos. Engineers with fully operational facility and experience in executing similar projects in the area of Central/State Government / PSU/ULBS service with the annual value of a single largest contract at a unit should be not less than Rs107.00 lakhs per annum on a daily operation in past 5 years

The bidder shall upload an undertaking stating that salaries/remuneration of all deployed employees have been regularly paid on or before the 10th of every month and that all statutory compliances such as EPF, ESI, GST, PT, and Labour regulations have been duly maintained. The bidder shall also upload a valid Labour Department NOC/Certificate confirming that no labour case, dispute, blacklisting, or statutory violation is pending against the firm/company.
