Supply of 12kV, 800A, 26.3KA, Manually operated 3 part HT panel (CALIX type) comprising of following number of VCB (Floor Rolling, Trolley mounted, horizontal draw-out, horizontal isolation type suitable for indoor use ) in HT Panel having CT, PT, Numerical IDMT, 3 Over current, 1 Earth Fault Relay, Master Trip Relay, Auxiliary Relay, Power pack with Aluminium Bus bar ( Standard Accessories ). The manufacturer of the panel must possess a type test certificate from CPRI. The panel must be type tested for internal arc fault at high power laboratories (CPRI/KEMA/PEHLA/CESI etc). The panel should be supplied from manufacturer factory and supply of board from panel builders will not be accepted. Inspection of board will be done at manufacturer factory. VCB & HT panel shall be of same make. Panel have fitted with 1 no L&T make Tri-vector energy meter in the Incoming side of HT panel. etc as Required (Make M/s L&T /Schneider / ABB /CGL) a)Incomer VCB (CALIX type) 12KV , 800A , 26.3KA with power pack & having Electrical as well as Manual Spring Charge facility for receiving HT power -1 No. b)Outgoing VCB (CALIX type) 12KV , 800A, 26.3KA with power pack & having Electrical as well as Manual Spring Charge facility for feeding Power Transformer - 2 No

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above 12kV, 800A, 26.3KA, 3 part HT panel comprising of 1no VCB as Incoming & 2No VCB as outgoing in HT Panel including connection of cable and testing of equipment as per IE rules, providing foundation/ plinth for VCB with cement concrete, rigid brick work to withstand the VACB load, earth excavation, finishing with cement plastering, painting etc., as reqd.

Supplying & laying of 3 Core 95sqmm Aluminium conductors Armoured XLPE insulated, HT Cable of 11KV grade in existing HT cable duct/ panel, for connection VCB HT panel to the individual transformer etc as required. [M/s. Havells or Superior approved make]

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 95 Sq.mm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : [M/s. Raychem/3 M/DENSON or Superior approved make]

Supplying & Fixing of 50mmx50mmx6mm MS Angle iron MS angle iron i/c cutting, welding, drilling holes, painting etc., as reqd

Supplying & Fixing of 125mmx65mmx web5mmx flange8.1mm MS Channel i/c cutting, welding, drilling holes, painting etc., as reqd

Dismantling, shifting of existing 11 KV Indoor type ICOG OCB ( Biecco Lawrie) and cleaning of existing Cable trench for making space and room for to be installed new indoor type ICOG VCB panel ( One Incomer and Two Outgoing panels ) by engaging skilled labour force on site etc. as required.

Providing Chemical Earthing by using UL approved CPRI tested Copper bonded17mm 3mtr GI Rod, Earth Enhancement Water soluble Gel, Earth Enhancement Material, earth pit cover, i/c excavation and refilling with cement plastering around the pit etc. and as per the specification enclosed etc as reqd.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections and extending of earth electrode from earth chamber to HT panel etc. as required.
