Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per satisfacion and direction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. (50% Pick Work & 50% Jumper Work)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1: cement :4Sand :8 graded stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5;10 (1cement :5sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm. nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm. to 300mm. as per H.P.P.W.D./JSV Specifications complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in

Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two levecomplete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor twolevel complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1: cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two leve complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete. complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)partitions walls and the like including attached pillasters,buttreses plinth string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc. upto 200 mm in thickness complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: Under 20 cm. wide. complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Sloping or battering surfaces including folded plates: Where inclination to horizontal plane exceeds 30 degree requiring shuttering both on underside. complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of of brick masonry/ stone masonry/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement:4 Sand). complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of of brick masonry/ stone masonry/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement:4 Sand). complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying and fixing of beep hole of PVC pipe of 90 mm dia as complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of water stoper PVC Seal 150mm wide 5mm thick as per required size channel complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Nakka Plate made with MS plate 5mm thick iron Flat and angle iron size 25x25x5mm welding of flat angle iron with MS Plate handle etc. complete (0.60x0.40+0.15 F.B.). complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works. complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of Cast iron double flanged Table-5 sluice valve heavy duty of following dia of Kirloskar/Leader make with hand wheel as per IS- 14846 PN-1.6 including brass spindal complete with nuts bolts etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lift as per satisfaction and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (dia as per requirement)
