Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface filling with PCC complete all as specified and directed. (Note : PCC will be measured and paid seperately).

M & L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone Aggregate) as in embedding of post.

M & L for Removing excavated materialls and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 Mtr at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

S&F angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA for securing chain link fencing all as specified and directed.

S & F MS flat iron for fixing chain link fencing with necessary nut and bolt complete all as specified

S/F mild steel round bar /trosteel/ TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking binding hooking as required for chain link fencing , for tie bar strenghting and fixing with nut bolt in fencing post all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of galvanised mild steel binding wire of 0.9mm dia annealed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces incl necessary preparation of surfaces and one coat of red oxide primer

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing /footpath

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M&L for Prepolished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm thick, rubber finished ,as in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including removalof old materials from site not exceeding 100 meter, (ISI marked) complete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for heavy duty coloured tiles (dark shade) with chequered, plain or recess finish at top of size 300X300X 8 to 10 mm thick as in floor /path/paving etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
