SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking out existing old unserviceable pole (09 and 11) metres long of any type from the PCC foundation, couping and including carefully taking down existing ACSR conductor,cables, street light, security light fitting, GI brackets, looping boxe, stay assembly of any type & patten etc, after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P/Crane/ any mechanical method will be applied and disposal of debris upto distance not exc 100 m complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Hire charges of T&P / crane etc for disconnection of electric supply and cost of disposal of debris shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 m long, type 410 SP-32, weight not less than 154 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked conforming to IS:2713-1980, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black japan paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged type pole 11 metrs long, pole weight approximately 241 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-56 and conforming to IS:2713-1980 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Two/ Four pole structure preparation and connected accessories will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable insulators of any type and size from poles all as directed.

S&F insulator pin type porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green 150mm height and 150mm dia including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized washers and one galvanized iron nut for conductor working pressure 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F insulator disc type, porcelain, viterous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized washers and one galvanized iron nut bolts dia 20mm and 150mm height, 150mm dia dection of straps in 38x5mm for conductor working pressure 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F loop type insulator, vitreous, porcelain white, brown or green, large size, over all dimension 150mm x 150mm, clearance of the hole 25.5mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated in structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending, fabrication, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat zink primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed

M&L Aluminium conductor steel reinforced(ACSR), of any size, type, fixed to poles and stretching properly drawn for overhead lines on poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of wire and it is to be deremined by measuring horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra addaed for sag including 15mm dia PVC seperater at equal interval and removing old unserviceable ACSR conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directely in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia and light grade protection pipe of 15 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade,GI funnel with wire mesh,including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C-1, of size (45X 45X 45) CM, RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 of size (45X45X6) CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value including dismantling and removing old item complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Nacessary, excavation and earth work shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of ACB 800 Amps 04 pole, 65 Ka, 415 volts and 50 Hz manual drawout type with microprocessor released, spring charged mechanism and the air circuit breaker shall be enclosed in CRCA sheet steel enclosure complete and all as directed. Note:- CRCA Sheet metal enclosure shall be measured and apid separately.

M&L for ACB sheeel steel enclosure made out of 02 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with powder coating in approved shade, rubber, gasket, hinged door having front and rear opening, locking arrangement and any manufacturer shall be follwed CPRI norms suitable for fixing of LT ACB draw out type , 03 phase, 04 pole , 415 volts and including providing of holes for incoming anf outgoing cables, CT's control fuses control wiring, pahes indication lamps, gland plate cover, danger notice plate and including incoming and out going suitable rating bus bars, neutral bars, earthing bars and including MS angle iron (50x50x6) mm with supports at a height 01 meter with red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to MS sections and embeded in floor with nacessary PCC foudation complete and all as directed. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall be arranged factory inspection and general and circuit lay out drawings as approved by the Accepting officer and Engr-in-charge before procurement (ii) Provision of ACB is not included in the scope of above item.

M&L stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 SSRPt-I, dia of stay 20mm dia 190cm long stay wire 7/4 mm stranded including MS galvanised stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick and galvanized thimble after dismantling of unserviceable stay set (above GL) including excavation in earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) foundation including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of excavation, concrete work, removing of surplus soil, returning filling shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

S&F cable junction box, water proof, fire retardent, out door type of approved size, hinged/screwed type, made of SMC plastic, single door with incoming and outgoing connector/terminals and comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240V, 10KA, 'C' Series including galvanised flat iron clamps of size (25 x 5)mm thick - 02 Nos, GI nuts, bolts & washers etc for fixing on PCC/Steel tubular pole/ wall surface including taking down and removing of old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Sintex cat No. GSJB 4030/ Hensel cat No. K 9255 as approved by GE.)

S&F in repair PVC conduit heavy duty of size 20 mm dia from looping box to street light connector, holding in MS clamp of size (25 x 2) mm thick at every one metre, used in each pole, with necessary nut,bolts and washers etc including PVC sheathed three core multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from looping box to light fitting connector and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install,, testing and commissioning LT panel board outdoor type of size 2000mm long x 2000mm width x 650mm depth suitable for working on 03 phase, 04 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz cubical and shall have air ventilation arrangement, IP-54 protection floor mounted, free standing , dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.15mm thick at outer sheet and 2.00mm thick at internal compartments CRCA sheet and nacessry angle/ flat irons duly powder coated, hinged doors with rubber gasket, handles. Panel shall have front and rear opening, ocking arrangement, cable alloys, cable entry holed for incoming and out going cables, busbar chamber and switch gear compartment, see through glass for ndicator lamps, control copper wiring and safety fuses, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminum busbar fixed on DMC/SMC insulators and all incoming and outgoing internal connection should be connected suitable rating aluminum busbars only with RYB color code sleeves/taps and the panel will be mounted on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle iron frame of height 45 CM above GL as per site requirement and below GL 45 CM and including connecting up of existing incoming and out going cables by using new aluminum lugs and cable glant and connecting of earth strip and providing civil work/PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B-1 with studs, bolts nuts and washers as per requirement and including comprising of following are give below notes of Srl No 18:-
