Providing and fixing PVC false ceiling with SPUF142-D-01(different design 10mm thick 150mm width and necessary length) of approved colour concealed type panel carrier T Section (DWU:406:40:63.5mm) and L section (DWUF:405:40:48mm) with necessary screw, holdfast PVC beading and MS black pipe structure 48mm dia at 1200mm centre to centre including cutting holes and making good the walls completed as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Providing & fitting fixing in position wall panelling at all height with 6mm thick PVC wall panelled/louvers panel for wall/3d wall panel for interior wall decorated board etc. with necessary fitting arrangement and screws etc. complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in wall lining flat pressed three layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood prelaminated one side decorative lamination on other side balancing lamination Grade I,Type II, IS : 12823 marked including priming coat on unexposed surface, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete. 12 mm thick

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt Hinges with necessary screws.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Karai wood

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, havingthermal stabilityfor hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brassthreadedfittingsincludingfixingthepipewith clampsat 1.00mspacing. This includes jointingof pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testingof joints complete asper directionof Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall 20 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work (one or more coats), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
