OD220205/2024-2025:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 1-3 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , starter pipes and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

OD220211/2024-2025:Dismantling the11-30 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.
