M & L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth including taking down old cable all as specified & directed in any soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type I, size 250 x 150 x 40mm

All as per item No.04 above but precast concrete cable cover Class HV type I, size 300 x 180 x 40mm

M&L for river dry sand cushioning to under ground cable intrenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and fix in repair LT Cable laid in trenches, passing through pipes and fixed on wall/floor/ceiling with proper saddles , including taking down old cable & testing of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size 16 sq mm 4 core. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Provn of 4 Nos aluminium busbar of 400 Amps rating mounted on insulated frames 2 Nos incl. connecting up incoming & outgoing cables complete with glands,lugs incl. 4 pole 125 Amps MCCB with breaking capacity 36 KA & also painted with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in foundation for mounting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
