The bidder should not be blacklisted by any agency of the central government, Public Sector Undertaking or by any department of any State Government

All other document should be submit as per tender document

The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of INR 50.00 lakhs from civil engineering consultancy services in any two of the last five financial years.(FY 2020-21 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25)

Should have rendered consultancy services for at least one similar nature of completed works i.e, construction of cycling velodrome in a single entrustment costing not less than Rs.22.00 Lakhs in a period between 2020-21 to till date of submission of bid anywhere in India
