Supply and laying of factory made precast PU shape storm water drain 2000 mm long, having in to in dimension 450 x 450 mm from top T-6 load carrying capacity – 4.8 T Axle Load – 2.4 T Wheel Load confirming to JIS having high performance self-compacting concrete of M40 Cylinder Strength/ M50 Cube Strength & Fe 500 / Fe500D shall be use for reinforcement. The product shall have tie shape joint 10-20 mm width X 25 mm depth groove as per JIS on both sides of each storm water drain for jointing two precast storm water drain using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The precast utility duct must consist of special in built inlets at appropriate location for fixing De-shackle for mechanical installation, including supply, transportation, installation on specific location at site in line,level , gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning etc complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. Supply and laying of factory made Precast Perforated Lid having length of 500 mm, width suitable for placing on U - Shape storm water drain (PUSD) sizes 450 x 450 mm, thickness of 70 mm respectively. Lid should have T-6 load carrying capacity – 4.8 T Axle Load – 2.4 T Wheel Load, confirming to JIS & meeting IS requirements having High Performance Self Compacting Concrete of M-40-cylinder strength/ M-50 cube strength. The Fe 500/ Fe500D shall be used for reinforcement. The each lid unit should have slits of 155 mm X 20 mm slit on two sides along the width of the lid for storm water intake. Lid should have anti-skid finish at top (except 300 mm lid) . Each lid may have in-built, specially designed lifting inserts of appropriate load carrying capacity and fixed at specific location to avoid the tilting of the lid for safe & fast installation.
