Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation 24 Hrs. x 365 Days of Oxygen Plants, Medical Air Compressors, Vacuum Suction machine unit and cylinder Mainfold system installed at VCH of VPCI

1.1 Operation The scope of work includes operation by providing adequate experience operators for the following equipment’s:- 1. a. 1350 LPM oxygen Concentration plant of OXYWISE make with Compressors and its all accessories such as cooling tower etc. b. 440 LPM oxygen Concentration plant of OXYMATE make with Compressors and all accessories such as cooling tower etc. c. One set (2 Nos.) Kirloskar make medical air compressors and its all accessories such as dryer, collection tank etc. d. One set (2 Nos.) Kirloskar make Vacuum suction compressors and its all accessories such as dryer, Vacuum tank etc. e. One 10+10 manifold and its all accessories. 2. During off and idle hours of Concentration plants, the supply of oxygen shall be made through cylinders on the required pressure are the duty of the operator. The Operators should load the filled oxygen cylinders to the manifold on the required pressure. (The filled D type oxygen cylinders will be supplied by VPCI). The empty Cylinders should be removed from the manifold and stocked separately. 3. Issuing B type oxygen cylinders to the ward on Demand (The filled B type oxygen cylinders will be supplied by VPCI. 4. The firm to maintain Operation log books for each equipment’s and Maintained cylinders log book for receipts & usage of Cylinders supplied. 5. Inspecting Gas Alarm panel installed in Ward A, Ward B, OT and ICU for low pressure and rectify the same. 6. Removing moisture collected in the Medical air compressor collection tank on daily basis. 7. The operation should be carried out on 24 hrs. X 365 days. 8. Maintaining of all log books and cylinder registers. As per manpower Mentioned in the Annexure -1, the estimate includes current wages of operator with Employer part of EPF & ESI.. 1.2 Maintenance The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance (with spares) of the following equipments:- 1. 440 LPM oxygen Concentration plant of OXYMATE make with Compressors and its all accessories. 2. One set (2 Nos.) Kirloskar make medical air compressors and its sdal accessories. 3. One set (2 Nos.) Kirloskar make Vacuum compressors and its all accessories. 4. One 10+10 and 1 + 1 manifold and its all accessories. 5. The maintenance of 1350 LPM oxywise Oxygen Plant and its all accessories. 6. The comprehensive maintenance should be carried out on 24 hrs. x 365 days. The workers are paid with current minimum wages of Delhi Government, the employer and employees share of EPF and ESI and other benifits are the scope of tenderers. The tenderer Should include the amount in their quote.
