Taking down old unserviceable Earthing of any type including all its accessories complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable GI iron strip of any size including all its accessories complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable Alluminium strip of any size including all its accessories complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable Copper strip of any size including all its accessories complete all as specified.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earthing lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

All as per Item No 05 above but using galvanised iron strip 32X4mm as earthing lead.

All as per Item No 05 above but using copper plate 60X60cmX3.15mm thick electrode and and 20X3mm copper strip as earthing lead.

M & L in repairs Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long icluding necessary fixing arrangement using MS clamps,nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed

M & L Alluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with procelain saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with procelain saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground or fixed to Roof, Walls by using appropriate insulating Boxes with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing existing GI lightning Strip of any size including insulatings saddles and fixing screws including taking down old unsv saddles and screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair LED aviation light 230 V AC, IP65 Protection of 5.5 W for fixing on overhead RCC reservoir complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Cost of staging and necessary working platform shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall ensure necessary safety precautions and insurance of workers during execution. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
