Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / stone / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. including removal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in 1:4 cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick / stone / PCC block masonry wall surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, for coping and as in benching inside the manholes including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement cocrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces slab set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for mild steel CRS TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / desintigrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested for 150 mm bore for NP-2 drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced concrete pipes, 150mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m and n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains with 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.
