Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry sand, filling in trenches around under ground cable including watering and consiolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying reinforcecd precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI steel tube light grade of 80mm bore including necessary GI fittings, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/ walls for protection of electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms, clamps supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside for reuse on the same or new location or depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assy complete including excavation for taking out PCC block breaking of PCC block for taking out MS plate and depositing iron item to MES store yard and removing of PCC from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles alongwith GOD any type and any size including excavation for taking out pole, breaking of PCC block with due care and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling from insulators and taking down ACSR conductor any size from HT/LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of load break switch 11 KV, 630 Amps, 20 KA complete unit outdoor type, with IP-54 protection extensible 03 way, LBS, floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 02 Nos incoming fixed manual load break switch and 01 No outgoing fixed manual load break switch, all live parts, bus bars, LBs, connections of LBS, should be enclosed in one tank (minimum 3 modules) to avoid multiple interconnections & seated for life robotically/ manually welded non-magnetic, and non-ferrite grade stainless steel tank (SS-304) not less than 2mm thick having IP67degree of protection filled with gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. LBS should complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for load break switch ON/ OFF, bushings bolted type mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar compatible to replace at site etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Load Break Switch drawing shall be submitted and got approved by GE before incorporation. (ii) The panel should be manufactured at OEM factory (Not by the franchise). All certificates from OEM shall be submitted before and after installation of LBS. (iii) Configuration and Schematics arraingement of LBS shall be got approved from Garrison Engineer before fabrication. (iv) Any other parts / items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of LBS shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Necessary PCC 1:2:4 for installation of panel shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Manual shifting cost of LBS to the installation where motorable road in Joshimath cantt is not available shall be included in quoted rates.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by mens of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/ panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil reaming surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 5 SSR Part-I or directed by GE including testing on completion.
