The tenderer should be a manufacturer who Must have manufactured tested and Supplied the equipment similar to the type Specified in the Schedule Requirements SUPPLY of 2 Auto Tippers of minimum 3cum Work Done Certificates. for NON Micro and small Enterprises in any one of the last 3 Years from 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 it will be 01 Auto Tippers of minimum 3cum Work Done Certificates. with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises of the quantity required in any one of the last 2 Years (2024-25 & 2025-26) The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design

Valid GSTN Certificate

Tenderer should submit company registration certificate and should hold the renewed valid license should be uploaded.

Authorized Dealer/Manufacturer Certificate

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 26.50 Lakhs during the last 3 preceding financial years. lt will be Rs 13.25 Lakhs with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises during the last 2 preceding financial years ending on the relevant financial Years. Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided a. the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and b. the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 02 Nos Auto Tippers of minimum 3cum of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Specifications of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 18 months on the date of tender opening

The bidder shall submit a notarized affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper stating that the bidder has not been blacklisted, banned, or debarred by any Government Department, ULB, PSU, Board, Corporation, or Government Agency during the last five 05 years and that no criminal case involving fraud, corruption, or misappropriation is pending against the bidder.

The bidder shall have a functional service center within the State of Karnataka for timely support, maintenance, and emergency service assistance. Documentary proof of service center establishment shall be submitted along with the bid.
