Note:-Excavation should be done carefully as there may be some live wires embedded in earth.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 20 mm cement plaster. Note:-Including Scaffolding, curing etc.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 40 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers mannual in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The compaction with static roller after premixing the material with water at OMC is must and is to be done as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing BRICK MASONRY in cement mortar as per mixes stipulated below using approved well burnt bricks of "CLASS DESIGNATION" (Classification as per I.S.1077-1986) as specified below, including raking out joints 10mm deep wherever required, curing, etc; complete at all lead and lifts all as per specifications (The mix ratio specified is for cement : coarse sand) USING BRICKS OF CLASS DESIGNATION "3.5"(Minimum Average Compressive strength not less than 3.5 N/sqmm) In foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6. Price includes fixing of chair bracket/rag bolt into masonary Complete all as directed by EIC.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New /old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, surface preparation, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification). The paint coefficient will be 1.00 irrespective of applying on plain / sand face plaster / brick surface. No extra measurement will be paid for painting on rough or sand face plaster or brick surface with groove. Complete all as directed by EIC.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - 1. Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. 2. Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 3. The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises

Providing Casual labour(Unskilled) for miscellaneous works as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. (channel, angle, plate, flat etc) as required In fence, post, gate and similar works. Note:The work needs to be carried out as per the directions of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening nuts, bolts and washers as required and 8 mm diameter MS bar at top and bottom of fence for tie etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing and Applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint / aluminum paint on MS member using 1st quality paint from approved manufacturer of approved colour and shade to give an even shade including scaffolding, removing of rust, cleaning the surface, preparing the surface to receive paint including filling cracks and creaves with Putty or other approved filler materials, applying two coats of paint to steel work. cost also includes thinner, filler, putty and other materials, necessary labours etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge at all heights, in all floors. Painting on false ceiling includes taking down the material, surface preparation, Primer, paint and fixing the material back after painting. Note:- Actual painted area will be measured and paid. (1) Synthitic enamel Paint of approved brand (2) Putty suitable to Mild steel members of approved brand Note:- Measurements for GI fencing, factor 0.5 will be applicable on painted surface area.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 150 mm thick with required steel reinforcement 10 mm dia bars @ 100 mm C/C with estra bars at opening, foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 100 mm thick, inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, disposing of debris etc complete as per given design : Inside size 100x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. Grating cover with frame (high duty) of size 600mm*600mm, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 65 kg (Combined weight of cover and frame should not be less than 65kg) to be emended in cement concrete 1:1,5:3 : With common burnt clay F.P.S. Supply, Laying and Fixing in position under floor, PVC Rigid pipes conforming to Type "B" of IS:13592 approved make as per manufacturers specification including cutting the pipes to required lengths, necessary excavation. Complete all as directed by EIC. Note: Rate including connection with existing chambers / existing drainage line with appropriate fittings and making good inlcuding plastering / water tight joint etc.-(Pipe dia:-200 mm )

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole / hume pipe, dismantling of hume pipe as per requied length including breaking and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete : For pipes 100 to 250 mm diameter Note:-The work needs to be carried out as per the directions of engineer in charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. Note:-The work is to be done as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Red Dholpur stone 25 mm thick (Polished) for stair step and riser over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with required pigment to match the shade of the slab/floor, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with 2 numbers of groove for steps as per decided by Engineer-in-charge.
