Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material outside the defence land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling and forming embankment including raising (or lowering) moorum brought from outside defence land, spreading in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc. not exceeding 1.5 metre high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry sand cushioning to under ground cables in trenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Thickness after hand punning shall be measured.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.5 metre span complete all as specified and as directed.

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B, including necessary excavation, tamping ground around bricks & removal of surplus soil to outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying burnt clay building sub class B bricks, laid at right angle along the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

FORM WORK

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls and similar work, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL AND IRON WORK

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia bars as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts, exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm long, machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plates (plain or chequered), channels square cut of notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, welding etc., conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel sections or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing concertina coil 1000 mm dia 1A tying with horizontally barbed wire with 0.90 mm annealed binding wire, 2.64 mm dia having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454(Part-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape barbs/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both sides of strips at regular interval conforming to IS-513 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Each line of wire shall be measured.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plain black mild steel sheeting 1.0 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, cloud nails or rivets and fixed to steel frames with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel roof truss (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastings and heavy bracket framing (beams, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

PLASTERING

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

WHITE WASHING AND CEMENT BASED PAINTING

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over primer complete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

(d) One set of ammeter of size 96 mm x 96 mm digital flush type with CT operated suitable for 0 to 500 Amps. ROAD WORKS

Material and labour for boring holes manually under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including providing GI pipe 80 mm dia suitable for 0.40 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones, interistices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt, grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Both the layers shall be measured as single unit.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete brick masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing any type fixed in steel fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing any type fixed in steel fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.
