EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of Valve chamber of size 900x 900x 900mm (internal dimentions) including excavation of earth work in any type of soil,100mm thick PCC M-7.5 type D2 as in foundation , made out of 230mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1 :6 with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 internally complete and upto 150mm below ground level for external faces with 100mm thick plain cement concrete M-10 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, cover frame made up of 50x50x6mm and 3.15mm thick MS sheet as cover with two Nos of hinges and one No handle made out of MS round bar 10mm dia with neccssary locking arrangement including finishing the exposed steel sufraces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces complete all as specified.

Cutting existing CI line tubing for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down, dewatering for inserting "TEE" of size 150X150X40 mm dia for branch connection withnecessary CI specials as required at site, etc all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fix HOT moulded (FRP) junction box for street light pole with locking arrangment with IP 65 protection of size 280 x 200 mm with 16 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 10 Amp, MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable stainless steel bracket to fix with pole complete all as directed.

Supply and commission, testing of LT Panel board CPRI approved outdoor type, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire weather and dust/vermin proof factory made powder coated made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet pedestal type, total enclosed with front and rear opening door with necessary hinged doors with projected an raised suitable platform size necessaray locking arrangements along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes for cable, danger notice plate, strickering of switcher gear and the nut/bolts etc., used are to be made of rust proof meterial including as per IS: 8623 Aluminium bus bar of 300 Amps rating with heat proof colour cade, insulations suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 300 A capacity complete with powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required and bedded in suitable size PCC M-15 type B1 platform complete all as specified with and including the following:-

i) INCOMMING: LT 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, 25 KA, Adjustable type MCCB of 125 Amp rated complete with over load protection, no-volt thermal based release. ii) OUTGOING: LT 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, 16 KA, Adjustable type MCCB of 100 Amp rated complete with over load protection, no-volt thermal based release-01 No (Gymnasium)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron earth iron stip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including Charcoal and rock salt with necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC M-10 type C1 chamber with CI Cover of 10 mm thick with MS rod 6 mm dia 150 mm long reinforcement, watering funnel with 20 mm dia medium grade for watering and for protection of earth electrode 50 mm dia GI Pipe all a specified and directed and tested on completion.

LED Street light fitting luminaire 45 Watts, compreising of epoxy powder coated, pressure die cast aluminium housing enclosed with glass cover in frame, with suitable size of bracket, nut and bolts, PVC insulated three core flexible cable of suitable size and length duly connected to light fitting complete including installation and testing complete all as specified .

Temper proof Three phase static enegy meter (KWH) of accuray class 1.0, 3 X 240 volts, 50 HZ with Backlite LCD display of rating 10-60 A complete all as specified and directed

Sheet metal encloser dust and vermin proof cubical type made out of 2mm thick MS sheet mounting on walls, locking arrangement complete two coats of finishing powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer for fixing of MCB DB, energy meter, space for repairs, drilling holes for incomoing and out going cables etc and making good the distrubed area complete all a specified.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Under ground drainage double wall corrugated HDPE pipe 150 mm dia SN 4 confirming to IS: 16098(Part II) single socketed in any length laid in trenches or floors etc all as specified.

ARBORICULTURE

Supply only approved best quality red soil/earth without containing moorum and having suitable PH & EC as recommended by the saline water scheme and manure mixing in the ratio of 3:1 {03 parts soil & 01 part mixture of manure such as vermi compost, polydol dust, neem cake,DAP,Novacron and organic manure( cow dung) etc} all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note 1:- Red soil well seived 90% to pass through IS Seive of 10 mm size free from stone rubbish like lurops, stones and other foreigh materials, suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally be red and the cost including of all royallity and carriage, all T&P, taxes, actroi etc all complete as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 2:- Manure shall be well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clods and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material,. The colour of manure shall be black, the manure screened through seive at 1.5 designation 4.75 micron including carrige at site. 3:- The soil shall be stacked neatly on level ground.

PLANTATION

Supply, transport and Plantation of the following saplings for plants at site including excavation in post hole(similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum (Minimum 0.5X0.5m size) in any type of soil and refilling the trench after plantation with approved red soil with manure. Note:- Supply only red soil with manure shall be measured and paid seperately. However, labour orient for filling deemed to be included.

GRASS

Best quality Korean grass carpet by piece turfing including preparation of earth and covering with red earth organic manure, farm yard manure and neem cake, polidal complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Supply only red soil with manure given shall be measured and paid seperately. However, labour orient for filling and rolling with hand/ mechanical roller deemed to be included.

MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE [Phase-II ] [Schedule "A" Part – XII]:

Maintenance and supervision of trees, plants, shrubs, grass etc as specified in particular specification, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge and as recommended by Horticulture including spreading of pesticides, insecticides in the desired periodicity, weeding, watering etc from the certified date of completion of Phase-I work.

Note: (i) The unit rate deemed to be included all labour, materials, tools and plants and regular watering using necessary sprinklers, including supply and spreading/ spraying organic manure, chemical fertilisers, pesticides, garden soil (red soil with manure) to the required extent complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

(ii) Water for arboriculture and maintenance will not be issued by the department. However, water for arboriculture including maintenance shall be utilised from STP treated water sump without any extra cost. Necessary transport/ tools and plants and make his own arrangements for storing the water required at his own expense.

(iii) The arboriculture maintenance work shall be carried out by the experienced staff and with atleast 02 No’s of semi skilled gardeners per day throughout the maintenance period of 12 months for the entire work of Arboriculture, spread various pockets as shown in the site plan and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
