CONSULTANCY SERVICES (all as per APPENDIX-B & Scope of Work; All expenses (both direct and indirect) and including GST as applicable. )

Consultancy services designing and detailed engineering for Proposed Building & Infrastructure including internal services like site clearance, site development, water supply, internal electrification including designing and detailed engineering for Special item of Work like i.e Air Conditioning, Security Infrastructure, Shop Electericals,UPS Wiring, DG sets, Communication Work, Building Management System & Allied Services, Signages, Solar water heating, External Services of Civil and E/M Work like i.e Area development & area drainage Roads/Hard standing ,Security wall, External Power Supply, External Lighting/Security Lighting, External Water Supply, Sewage Disposal, External Fire Fighting Works Arboriculture etc. (Payment schedule at Para 32(A) of EOI of Booklet- I) All inclusive of scope of work at Appendix 'B' of Booklet- II but excluding items for Survey and Soil Investigation which shall be measured and paid seperately under item No of 2.01 to 2.09 of this BOQ. ( Project Cost of composite civil works including all services shall not exceed Rs.147 Crore)

Soil Investigation and Topographical survey (all as per APPENDIX-B & Scope of Work; including GST as applicable. )[ Payment schedule at para 32 (A) of EOI Booklet-1]

Soil investigation by carrying out bore holes of 100mm dia as per relevant / latest IS code1892-1979, IS 1892 (1979), IS 5313, IS 2720 collecting samples of disturbed soil and conducting the following tests as per relevant and latest IS code in all types of soils and submission of detailed soil investigaton report in triplicate, recommending safe foundation level and type of foundation along with bearing capacity considering effect of water table etc and other parameters: 1) Conducting SPT 2) Plasticity Index 3) Natural moisture content 4) Dry and wet density 5) Soaked unconfined compression test 6) Percentage absorption 7) Mechanical analysis and moisture content 8) Liquid and plastic limit test 9) Sample preparation 10) Sieve analysis 11) Soil classification as per IS 12) Direct shear test 13) Consolidation test 14) Unconfined compression on rock 15) Natural Water table depth 16) PH of soil sample 17) Sulphates and Chlorides in soil to determine type of cement to be used as per IS-456

Item same as Item no 2 but in all types of rocks.

Testing charges for water samples (IS:10500) (NABL Lab)

Electrical resistivity test all as per specifications IS 15736 (2007) (NABL Lab)

Professional consulting fees inclusive of preparation and submission of Technical Report in three copies along with soft copy and recommendations.

Carrying out topographical survey of the area with total station, giving traverse of surveyed area, spot levels at 5mx 5m center to center interval, demarcating the Revenue Survey No's, Forest compartment No's, boundaries of Revenue/ Forest/ Pvt land, marking of existing major structures, alignment of existing roads, other structures/ details and major trees with girth more than 30cm at 1.00M above ground level, showing contours at 1.00m interval etc all complete. (Note: If any markings is given to the existing boundary pillars, compartment pillars/ munars and tree no given by the Revenue/ Forest /Defence department, same to be reflected on topo sheet)

Providing GTS bench Mark

Providing and fixing 450X450X600mm PCC(1:2:4) permanent bench mark pillars with fixing of steel plate of size 200x200x8mm on top of pillars including excavation cost and conveyance of materials and painting with identification marks, numbering of levels etc, complete as directed.

Submission of six sets of survey report/drawings and one set of CD with traverse and spot levels, contour maps and details of trees, other construction hinderences format of data will including original Auto Cad& PDF files or as directed.
