RequiredThe bidder shall upload a scanned copy of the Tender Fee of Rs. 3,600/- (Rupees Three Thousand six hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft only (cash not acceptable), drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Gujarat High Court (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad, from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank. The Demand Draft must be purchased from the bidders own bank account; Demand Drafts issued from any other account shall not be considered valid.

Alternatively, a valid EMD Exemption Certificate issued by the R and B Department / W.R.D./MES may be uploaded. The FDR must be purchased from the bidders own bank account and shall clearly include the bidders name.

RequiredThe Bidder must upload a scanned copy of the Completion Certificate in the prescribed Form 3A, issued and signed by the competent authority, certifying successful and satisfactory completion-within the last five (5) preceding years-of at least one similar work comprising Comprehensive Maintenance of Hydrant and/or Water Mist Fire Fighting System, inclusive of associated Fire Alarm, Fire Detection, and Fire Protection systems, together with deployment of deputed Fire Staff.
