Earthwork:

Excavation in all types of soils for foundations, including backfilling the sides and compacting and disposing surplus earth outside the CAMPUS as directed, all completed as directed and as per specifications and Inc. shoring and strutting of sides as required. The rates shall include excavation, loading, transporting and unloading the excavated material. Actual excavated volume to be measured and paid.

From existing grade at the spot to 1.500 meter below.

Concrete work ( Plain & Reinforced ):

Concrete work ( Plain & Reinforced ): Providing and laying, Machine mixed, properly compacted using vibrators, PCC/RCC including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications. (EXCLUDING COST of Formwork and reinforcement)

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcing bars, including binding with annealed binding wire for R.C elements, wastage, spacers, cover block, etc. all complete for all diameters and as per specifications.

HYSD bars

Formwork concrete elements such as columns, walls, beams, pardis, lintels, fins, mullion, runners, weather shed, slab, etc. with definite pattern as directed (Including necessary grooves & Drip moulds as required). Either in steel and plywood with polyurethane coating. Actual EXPOSED surface area shall be measured and paid.

Brick Masonry work

UP TO PLINTH LEVEL: Providing and laying brick masonry work 230 mm and above thickness with good quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) in true line level and plumb for wall foundation, trenches, pedestals, columns, compound wall, steps, pillars etc. curing etc. complete as directed and specified. (Basic rate per brick 6,500/- per 1,000 nos.)

ABOVE PLINTH LEVEL: Providing and laying brick masonry, for walls, pillars, parapet, cabin and other similar locations etc. by using good quality bricks in true line, level and plumb including racking the joints upto 20 mm depth, rubbing and cleaning the surface, with curing etc. complete as directed and specified.( Basic rate per brick 12,000/- per 1,000 nos.)

Providing and laying half brick partition walls with good quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including curing, rubbing the surface, racking out the joints etc. complete as directed and specified for walls, parapet, platform supports etc. (Basic rate per brick 6,500/- per 1,000 nos.)

Plaster and wall finishes work:

SINGLE COAT PLASTER: 12 to 19 mm thick Single coat mala or single coat rough / finished plaster to walls, ceilings, soffits, columns, piers etc. in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand ) applied finished, smooth and cured complete. This item is also applicable as back coat of tiles in DADO.

FLUSH POINTING NEW SURFACE: Providing cement flush or raised pointing in 1:2 cm prop. Including the racking of joints and filling with cement sand mortar. (Matching to existing IIMA buildings.

Floor finish work:

Providing & laying ready made machine cut mirror polish 25 mm to 32 mm thick green kotah stone flooring of uniform thickness and size 60 x 45 cm or 60 x 60 cm laid to pattern as per engineer in charge's direction over average 25 mm thick CM bedding 1:8 , rubbing the edges on M.S. girders laying slabs & filling joints with cement slurry pigmented to match the shade of the slabs, including curing rubbing etc. at all levels as directed & specified.

Providing, laying and fixing in position as shown on drawing and as specified sizes first quality glazed tiles of Johnson, Somani, NITCO or approved equivalent make by architect, on cement slurry, finishing the joints in white cement and kept in a continuous vertical line, chasing the wall and finishing and making good the plaster flush with the tile and centre point plumbing fixtures, all complete as directed. Basic rate of Tiles = Rs. 540/- per SQM. BACK COAT PLASTER will be paid extra in item no. 401. Item no.

Same as item no. 504 above but ceramic tiles of approved colour and shade for toilet floors. Rate shall be inclusive of 1:4 mortar bedding material. Basic rate of tiles = Rs. 540/- per SQM.

DOUBLE CHARGED VITRIFIED TILES: Providing and laying in floors laser cut fully homogeneous vitrified tiles of approved make, quality & shade in sizes and in pattern of specified size (without warpage) for flooring, laid in required position & slope with hairline joints including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ,filling joints with white /coloured cement slurry, cleaning, curing etc. Complete including cutting , making holes all as directed by the Engineer. The cut edges shall be grounded smooth to obtain straight and hairline joints.

FLOORING: Flooring in polished/matt finish vitrified tiles of approx. size 605mm x 605mm x 10mm size of approved make and should match with existing pattern as directed by engineer in charge.(Basic Rate shall be Rs. 860/- per SQM)

SKIRTING: 75 mm to 100 mm high Skirting in polished/matt finish vitrified tiles of approx. size 605mmx100mmx10mm size of approved make and should match with existing pattern as directed by engineer in charge.(Basic Rate shall be Rs.860/- per SQM)

Plumbing & Sanitary work:

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of U-PVC - SCHEDULE - 80 - GRADE (ASTRAL or equivalent approved make ) pipes with flanges and fittings with gaskets and hardware's, etc. ISI make as per specifications including excavation of trenches for laying pipe (upto depth of 1.5 mtr.), refilling and removal of excess earth, making connection to existing water supply line upto new proposed overhead tanks. For concealed and non concealed both type of works (Excavation in earth to be paid separately )

ECO DRAIN PIPE: Providing laying and jointing ECO Drain P.V.C. pipes (Double layer) jointed with solution and primer cement concrete 150mm thick 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) around PVC pipes, including bed concrete 150mm thick and necessary excavation upto max. depth of 2.0 meters below natural ground level with all lifts, refilling in 150mm thick layer consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposal of all surplus soil to all leads as directed. Providing & laying flooring/paving laid flat with approx. 50 to 75 mm thick sand bedding including watering and levelling the bedding, brushing sand into joints. Sample and mock sample has to be approved by the Engineer in charge before the commencement of the work.

Providing & laying Brick/CC kerb fitted Vertically and PCC including watering and levelling the bedding, brushing sand into joints. Sample and mock sample has to be approved by the Engineer before the commencement of the work. Joint to be filled properly with reach cement mortar. (Excavation & PCC to be paid separately ) Size of KERBING 300 X 300 X 100 MM.

Structural steel & roofing works:

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. pipe structure / BOX sections for parking garages with all necessary required NUTS,BOLTS etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer it as per standard specifications. ( Using all dia. )

Pipes, Plates, MS Box sections, Angles / channels / flats etc.

Painting works

Scrapping of the existing surface patches using SAND paper & WATER paper to the maximum. Providing and applying two or more coats of cement base BIRLA putty work three coats of wall primer to complete satisfaction of the Engineer. The rates shall be inclusive of surface preparation ;filling of holes and edges with P.O.P. Providing and applying three coats of Acrylic washable DISTEMPER as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning the floor, doors, windows and switch boards etc. complete as directed.

CARPENTARY Works

SHUTTERS: Providing and fixing in position following shutters of sizes and details as shown in drawing including installing all hardware's, all fixing accessories inclusive of SS fixtures, hinges, tower bolts, aldrops, stays etc. including all incidental complete.

Do as above but 30 mm thick solid core flush shutter with 30 mm x 25 mm thick beading Patti.

KITCHEN PLATFORM SHUTTER: Providing and fixing in position shutter below kitchen platform as per the design and material specification provided by Consultant/Engineer in charge, complete with 1"x 6 mm beading Patti, external laminate of shade and colour approved by the competent officer, necessary hardware and lock all inclusive and complete. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: 2" x 1" teakwood frame, 18 mm MR grade plywood, beading Patti: teakwood Fittings: SS Hinges 75mm x 18mm x 12mm - 2 no's for shutters Handle 75mm- 1 no per shutter, Magnetic ball catch -1 set in shutter, External finish: 1mm thick. laminate of approved shade & make. Internal finish : 0.8 mm thick off white or white laminate.

SS BASKET DRAWERS FOR KITCHEN:- Providing and fixing stainless steel (SS-304) kitchen basket of approved make with 18mm plywood box with inside 0.8mm laminate and outside 1.0mm laminate, telescopic channel (heavy and as directed by site in charge) up to 20 inches length and stainless steel handle up to 4 inches length as directed (Depending upon site conditions there may be a variation of +/- 50mm in the basket dimensions). The SS basket make shall be Ever shine(next) or equivalent. The teakwood beading Patti of gross size 25mm X 12mm should be finished with paint or polish as per recommendation of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying preconstruction Antitermite treatment as per IS : 6313 (part II) 1971, in foundations, treatment under floors, back filling, treatment around periphery, to ground floor etc. using chemicals as per the Architect's specifications, by spraying / grouting with hand pump etc. as directed and specified. The work shall carry a Guarantee for the satisfactory performance of the treatment for a minimum period of FIVE years. Measurement will be on plinth area basis. As approved by architect

Roofing work: P/F on site, Pre- Painted Zinc Coated / Galvalume Coated Steel and combined with Polyurethane as the insulation material, 30 mm thick PUF sandwich roofing sheets with all necessary accessories for fixing it to the Structural members. Make Jindal/TATA or equivalent make as approved by the Architect. .

Providing & Fixing anodize aluminium 4 inch. X 1.75 inch. and approx. 2mm thick section, the size of fix glazing from floor 2 ft. and 6 inch height with wire glass, three track window of approx. size of 4' 0" x 6' 0" (size may vary ) and fixing it with fasteners, screws of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps and junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. as directed by engineer in charge. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle and filling the gap between aluminium section and wooden or brick wall surface with clear silicone sealant etc. (i) Frame: Aluminium three track bottom, top and sides. (ii) Shutter: Aluminium of necessary size with clips/cleats. Total three shutters unit window. (iii) Glazing: Two shutters with 4.00 mm thick wire glass. (iv) SS wire mesh: One shutter with SS 316 wire mesh. Entire aluminium sections with beading, clips, rubber gaskets, etc will be measured and paid in this items.

Aluminium works: Providing & fixing of 4 mm fix plain float glass of Various sizes ranging from 1' X 4' to 4' X 6 '.of (it may vary) of good quality in aluminium fix section. For fixed glazing, Louvers, etc. (Sky light, Fixed partition, Fixed glazing etc.) Only glass will be measured and paid.

Providing & fixing of 5 mm fix wired glass for louvers in toilet block of approx. size 18" X 4" . Only glass will be measured and paid.

Providing & fixing of 5 mm float plain glass of good quality in aluminium window shutter. Only glass will be measured and paid.

Providing & fixing of SS 316 wire mesh in aluminium window shutter. Only wire mesh will be measured and paid.

False ceiling: Providing & fixing 24'x 24" grid ceiling using 24 mm GI pre coated grid and 15 mm thick classic elight mineral fibber board celling ( Armstrong/Dikene make) with glass wool on top. Cut outs for electrical fixtures to be made as required. Actual area laid will be measured and paid. Cut outs for Electrical/AC will not be deducted from the measurements. Sample will be approved by the Architect before mass work. Actual area to be measured and paid.

Glass film: Providing & fixing of plain frosted window film (plain or any design) as per sample in Communication Office and Trainee Room G.F. Computer Centre, 100 micron thick, visible light reflection 6%, solar energy transmission 41%, solar energy reflectance 6%, solar energy absorbance 53%, ultra violet transmission <1%, glare reduction 96%, shading coefficient 0.64, emissivity 0.85, U factor (but/HR/SQ. FT) 1.12, total solar energy rejection 44%. Method of measurement: Actual area to be measured and paid, Minimum measurement: Actual elevation area to be measured and paid.

Curtains: Supplying of hand made bamboo chick (48" width) curtains as per sample in New Campus(White Strip), Curtains with borderland back polyester cloth lining, wooden support with rings, strings, cap, SS hook, Velcro on curtains and teak wood Patti with Pulley Lock systems. Measurement must take by contractor. Minimum 3 SS hooks to be provided with every curtains. Transportation cost to be inclusive. Rates are inclusive of all wastages.
