Supply, laying and testing of XLPE electric power cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (heavy duty ) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- There is no earth work the cable drawn inside HDPE pipe inside building.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI earth galvanised iron strip of size 32×6mm and 40 mm dia bore light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The rate included for disconnecting the existing cables and connections from BER Stabilizer and re connect with new stabilizer and checking load balance including on the quoted rate if extra cable requiered it will me measured and paid relevent item of schedule.

Material and Labor for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Out door type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proofm suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS control cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm 4 core), CT for all incoming and outgoing MCCBs as per switchgear capacity CT ratio recommended by CPRI including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation 1: 3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone as in foundation filling mass concreting et etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade Aluminium shrouded bus bar of capacity equal to 1.5 times of rated incoming control switch gear including interconnection same size bus bar of all switch gears , fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension.(Location: Dayalchak & Samba Military station inside)

INCOMER : (i) MCCB 350 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 36 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader all as specified and directed 01 Nos. (ii) Multifunction meter = 01 set. (ii) Phase Indication lamps (RYB), LED type - 01 No (set of three).

Outgoing : (a) (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 25 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader all as specified and directed- 04 Nos (ii) MCCB 63 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreaderall as specified and directed - 02 Nos. (iii) LED indicator set of three -06 Nos

(i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests). (ii) CPRI certificates short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v) Drawing of panel board should be submitted by contracotr for got approved from GE (samba) before fabrication. (vi) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.
