Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole,laying of cables etc in Hard/dence soil and getting out.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in hard/dense soil and getting out.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note : Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying galvanized steel tubing, light grade laid in trenches/passing under road/floor, fixed on pole/wall or laid in any position complete with all fittings of 80mm sizes complete all as specified and directed

M & L for boring of holes under ground road crossing ,pavement hard standing by treenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine up to 3 mtr deep in soil for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m ,diameter of piles 450 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) The Quantity and specification shown in the item are tentative, actual qty will be confirmed after soil testing and OEM reccomendation. (b) The design of foundation to be approved from local IIT or Goverment Institution before starting execution of work.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and direct

Supply and laying XLPE insulated cable(earthed) (ISI marked) 11000 Volt grade, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ duct or fixed on pole as required at site including testing of cable of sizes 95x3 core complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge Note : Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable covers, pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply & laying XLPE insulated cable (earthed) 11 KV grade, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor size 95 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound, step down transformer outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 phase, LT, 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire with off load tappings on primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% with tapings at every 2.5% rating of 100KVA capacity (Energy efficiency level 3). The transformer shall be complete with all standard fitting and accessories, gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc., all as per IS 1180 part-I (2014) and all jointing materials connected with elect system earthing etc. all as specified and directed comprising following accessories:- (a) One cable box HV side consisting of 3 Nos porcelain terminal points including nuts, bolts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm HT UG cable. (b) Suitable cable box LV side for mounting two LV cable consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers with two nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimettalic lugs. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover including thermometer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two Nos to tank to faciliate fixing (i) Oil level gauge (j) Lifting lugs (k) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (l) Air relief valve plug

M&Lfor Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4Sqmm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 20mm bore all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 15mm dia GI medium grade etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note No 1 :- The unit rate shall include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete all as specified. Note No 2 :- Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required

M&Lfor Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25 X 3 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Suppl and install, test and commissioning of LT Main panel box outdoor type made out of MS CRCA sheet 3.16mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm floor mounted support suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ, 500V system weather and vermin proof double door incl internal connections, chromium plated brass cable glands painting with one coat of red oxide primer and powder coated paint of approved colour and make complete with structure, insulators, nuts and bolts, washers etc. and consisting of the following :-

(a) MCCB 4 Pole TPN 200 Amps, 415 volts with Adjustable thermal Setting ( for incoming) 35 KA- 1No.

(b) Bus Bar with aluminium strip of capacity 250 Amps for 3 phase and neutral system with CTs - 01 Set

(c) Digital panel meter for Volt, Amp, KWH, PF, and other perameter flush mounting of size 96 x96 mm.

(d) MCCB TP 125 Amps, 415 volts with Adjustable thermal Setting (for out going) 25 KA - 04 Nos.

(e) MCB TP 16 Amps, 415 volts (for out going) 10 KA - 02 Nos.

(f) MCB SPN 16 Amps, 415 volts (for out going) 10 KA - 02 Nos.

(g) Onload change over 3 Phase 415 volts 200A including connection with copper flexible wire size 25 sqmm single core

(h) Internal fine wiring with suitable size and rating of wire

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concerete complete all as specified

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flate iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/welded steel wire fabric etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Supply only chainlink fencing any size any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screw and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut length of but exc 5cm not exc 10cm and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete

Construction of plateform consist of PCC work 1:2:4 as foundation, brick work, well rammed earth work and RCC work 15 cm including tor frame of 10 mm TMT bar, 12.5 mm both sides as base for transformer installed, size 3 mtrx2.5 mtrx1.5 mtr with steps and XPM all around supported with angle iron frame 65mmx65mmx6mm upto height of 1 mtr complete with wicket gate with locking arrangement and steps all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge .
