Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. And removal of farm for walls, propping etc. And removal of form for walls, (any thickness lincluding attached pilasters,buttersses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required designand patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent

Class-150 brick work in 1: 4cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness madulous moter in foundation and plinth including supply of all inaterials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of work

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (Take quantity of item no 3)

Making, Supply & installation at Demarkated sites, Kargil martyer soldiers Statue(size 7) in bronze including cost of concrete rock with bronze flag and bronze wrok with all cartage, material and labour etc complete, required for proper completion of work as direction of Engineer-in-charge (Market Rate] (Senction as LDA rate)
