S/R to R.I.Office-cum-Residence at Udayapur for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as directed E.I.C.

Providing sand filling foundation and plinth including watering and ramming etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size C.B. stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.50 m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete or as per direction of E.I.C.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix with 12mm size stone aggregates including cost ,carriage , royality,taxces of all materials T & P and cost of labour as per Specification & Direction of E.I.C.

Removing old grading plaster from roof, removing the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6.7mm & down grades size hard granite crusher broken chips on new work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. in Ground Floor

Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials,priming,and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing iron angle for trusses, purlins etc. complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of A.C.C sheet on roof drilling holes fixing wind ties including fixing of Ridges, with cost of all labour ,all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles in floors of approved make laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing vitrified tile flooring using Vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness of 8 to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 of 600mmX600mm colour/printed series (homogeneous) of approved quality,colour or equivalent in dados & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:3) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the vitrified tile if required watering and curing for 21 days including cost,conveyance,loading,unloading,royalties and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,sundries,T & P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying two coat of Weather coat of approved shade including cost of weathercoat including all etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved Enamel Paint on wood work and Steel work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
