Dismantling water tank of capacity exceeding 500 liters and not exceeding 1000 liters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level).

Removing Unserveceable building materials to a distance exceeding 10Km and not exc 15 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall have sanction from GVMC designated places before quoting the tender. If designated place may be varied during execution, no claim shall be entertained on this account. (ii) Approval if any to be obtained from GVMC for dumping the excavated material of GVMC designated places, the same shall be obtained by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this ground. (iii) Load shall be consiered as per section 21 of SSR Part -II (2020)

Taking down eves gutters and PVC rain water mains (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, blends, swan necks etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet in roof covering.

M&L steel rolling shutters, motorised operated type with small ball bearing with bevel gear box and crank handle, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer with 1.25mm laths and guide channels including locking arrangement erected in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5m deep for foundations, beams, Pile caps and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering. (It shall be measured and paid as per Clause 3.6 on Page 21 of MES Schedule Part II)

M&L for sand filling in floors or pavings or foundations laid in layer n.exc 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hard core of gauze n exc 63mm deposited, spread in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for treating the top surface of filled earth @ 5 litre of emulsion per square metre of surface complete as specified and dircted by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for treating the soil alongwith external perimeter of building @ 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall including drilling and plugging holes etc all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mrtres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for drilling or boring for 600mm nominal dia. bored cast-in-situ piles, through any or all types of strata i.e soft/loose soil, stiff clay, gravel, cobble stone, compact moorum, soft conglomerate or loose boulders, disintegrated rock, weathered rocks etc., (except hard rock for socketing depth) upto top of socketing depth/founding depth by adopting suitable method with perennial water and disposal of drilling/bored materials at a designated place approved by GVMC outside MD land to a distance exc. 10.00 km and n.exc 15.0km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.1.024 above but 800mm nominal dia complete.

All as per Item No.1.024 above but through hard rock founding minimum depth of socketing into the hard rock shall be 2D (Where D is dia of pile) or upto 1.5m depth whichever is higher for 600mm nominal bored dia pile complete.

All as per Item No.1.025 above but through hard rock founding minimum depth of socketing into the hard rock shall be 2D (Where D is dia of pile) or upto 1.5m depth whichever is higher for 800mm nominal bored dia pile complete.

Notes for Item Nos. 1.024 to 1.027: (i) The depth of boring for piles shall be measured from existing ground/bed level/river bed top (as per soundings/reduced levels taken at the commencement of work) to the approved founding level. (ii) It shall be ensured that the waste bentonite slurry/ drilled or bored material is pumped off from the premises to locations shown as approved by GVMC by contractor at his own cost. The distance mentioned in description of item shall be the shortest distance from the centre of the building. (iii) All channels/tanks made for bentonite circulations shall be filled with approved moorum obtained by contractor at his cost after clearing all bentonite cakes. (iv) The contractor may use any approved method as approved by GE for boring without any extra cost to the Govt. The rates for boring of piles shall be inclusive of any method/ casing that may be used by the contractor for bored piles. Nothing extra shall be paid. (v) For the purpose of payment of boring/drilling, description of hard rock shall be as given in particular specification. (vi) The size of cutting tool shall not be less than diameter of pile by more than 75 mm. (vii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the rates for the shifting and setting up of piling rig as many times as required.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc. 5 Km but n. exc. 15.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, coping, bonders etc complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate foundation filling, mass concrete and underneath pile caps, suspended flooring/slab, beams, plinth protection etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Ready mix concrete) by design mix M-40 grade (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bore holes using portland slag cement and admixture conplast SP-432 A2 or equivalent for piles in tremie method including necessary dewatering, formwork, concrete mixed in RMC plant, transporting, placing, compacting, vibrating etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete of grade M-40 (Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate) using ready mix concrete including supply and mixing of admixtures, as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pile caps, suspended floor beams & slabs, plinth protection, basement slabs, under-reamed piles etc. using portland slag cement and handling, conveyance, errection with alignment in true position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1.035 here-in-before but slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, duct slab, RCC gutter, parapet wall and in shelves and the like.

Notes for item Nos. 1.035 to 1.041: (i) Minimum cement content shall be 400 Kg/Cu.m. of concrete for pile caps, suspended floor beams, slabs and footings, platform (Covered under item No.1.035) and shall be 360 Kg/Cu.m .of concrete for M-40 using Portland slag cement with minimum slag content of 50% (fifty percent) for items covered under item Nos. 1.036 to 1.041. (ii) Design mix shall be as per IS-456-2000. Maximum size of aggregate shall not exceed 20 mm and slump shall be 50mm to 100mm and maximum water cement ratio 0.4. (iii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for interalia for preliminary design mix and works test cubes. iv) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately. (v) In case at the time of mix design cement content is increased beyond minimum content given no extra payment will be made. (vi) Standard manufactured cover blocks as per IS should be used, Site cast cover blocks not be used

Chipping of laitance concrete in piles above cut off level upto a maximum of 1m from cut of level and disposal to distance of exc. 10.0Km but n. exc. 15 Km and depositing to location as approved by GVMC.

M&L for brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls (100mm thick) built in cement mortar 1 :4 including supply and fixing of 2 Nos of 8mm dia CRS TMT bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, pile caps, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for steel form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs etc. Exc. 10cm but n. exc. 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforcement in any situation using Corrosion resistant TMT steel bars of grade Fe-500D, 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 1.052 here-in-before but 5mm dia. and over upto and above as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and installing 6mm thick MS liner for bored cast-in-situ concrete piles with necessary stiffeners, driving shoe with continuous welding including cutting, bending welding etc. confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 Quality B) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Rate shall be inclusive of cutting the liner at cut off level. The rate is deemed to include for cutting, removal and salvage value of the material so obtained. (ii) MS liner shall be driven all as shown in the drawing. The occurrence of refusal level will be decided by GE at site based on visual inspection of bailer samples from pile bore hole, past experience and laboratory test result. The decision of GE in this regard will be final and binding. (iii) MS liner will be measured and paid up to the cut off level only of pile . Additional MS liner if used for convenience of construction shall be included in the rates quoted. No extra shall be paid separately on this account.

S & F steel rolling shutters, with ball bearings, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle with thickness of laths 1.25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n.exc 15 cm long and dia of neck 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MS compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc built from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffners, gusset plates, etc, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 Quality B) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L structural steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250, quality B) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 Quality B

Supply and fixing Trapezoidal profiled galvalume sheeting in lengths upto 12m to suit the site requirements.The profiled sheets shall be made out of 0.50mm base metal thickness, Cold Rolled steel of 550 Mpa yield strength conforming to IS 513 (1994) with hot dip metallic coating at minimum 150 gm/Sq.m. zinc- aluminium alloy coating mass (55% Aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon) total of both sides. The colour shall have a total coating thickness of 35 micron of silicon modified super durable polyester paint system of approved colour, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat on top surface and 5 microns reverse coat on back surface over 5 microns primer coat on both surfaces.Roofing/wall cladding sheets shall be factory cut and supplied in required lengths (of upto 12 m) to suit shop drawings. The roofing/wall cladding sheets shall be crest fixed with 12- 14X55mm SDST screws ITW/ Corroshield make IS 1022 base material with TEK3/TEK4 point having flange thickness of minimum 2mm with special cyclonic washers all as per manufacturer's instructions. Roofing/wall cladding sheets shall be crest fixed with minimum 5 Nos. of above specified screws per metre sheet width at all the purlins/runners. Colour of sheeting shall be grey or apprroved by GE.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/flashing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix stainless steel of grade SS 316 L pipes of 50 mm dia (thickness not less than 2 mm) as in ladder railing with SS cap at bottom of posts, fabricated, welded and fixed including necessary specials and grinding/ buffing at welded portion to match with shining of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as item no 1.063 above but 40mm dia complete.

S&F Anodised Aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators partitions and door/window/ventilator shutters and similar work using standard aluminium sections of approved make, transparent or dyed of required shade according to IS-1868 (minimum anodised coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and aluminium anodised/stainless steel screws or expansion hold fasteners including snap beading and filling up gaps with PVC/neoprene felt. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including angle cleats, CP brass or stainless steel screws including supply and fix glazing with rubber gasket and panel inserts complete all as specified. Note:- supply and fix glazing with rubber gasket and panel inserts shall be measured and paid separately. only aluminium item shall be measured for quantity except hinges, handles, tower bolts etc.

S&F aluminium decorative grill for doors and windows with one or more rebates including jointing cleats/beading 'U' or 'H' channel for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick sheet glass of ordinary quality of approved brand and including PVC/Neoprene gasket for glazing, glazing clips in doors, windows, partitions in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No 1.068 here-in-before but exc 0.50 sqm each pane.

S&F 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade pre-laminated on both sides with decorative choice lamination and fixed in aluminium partitions/doors with aluminium glazing clips complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 125mm size butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel pin, anodised and fixed, type C-21 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 150mm long aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F brass mortice locks, vertical type 100mm size 4 levers all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F floor door stopper 150mm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply and fix in openings as per specification and drawing of SSR part-II 2020.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M &L Water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terrace etc., consisting of following sequences of of operations on RCC surfaces. ( a) Roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly and apply cement slurry@3 kg/sqm. (b) Applying a cement plaster of 10 mm thickness in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compuond finished surface even and fair. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separetly) (c) Clean the surfaces throughly and apply a coat of blown grade bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm over bitumen primer @0.5 kg/ sqm. (d) Polymeric water proofing (Attatic poly propelene) membrane minimum 3mm thickness weight not less than 3 kg/ Sqm shall be laid over the entire surfaces. ( e) A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 Kg /sqm shall be aapplied over water proofing membrane and finally it shall be finished with a coat of bitumeneous aluminum paint @0.1 kg/sqm. (f) The side lap shall be 10 cm and end lap shall be 15cm.

M & L for 70 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and 30 mm thick granolithic concrete (1:1:2 ) mixed with and including @ 5 Kg/Sqm in top layer of whilst it is green and the surface finished mechanically even and fair.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for aluminum dividing strips, 1.5 mm thick and 28 mm width, and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles. (Screed bed shall be measured and paid for separately)

All as per item No 1.085 here in before, but in vertical surface for dado or skirting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and application of 5 mm thick epoxy self levelling floor with Noto floor SL 4000 or equivalent (as approved by GE) over a coat of epoxy primer nitoprime 25 or equivalent (as approved by GE) including scarifying or grinding the surfaces to remove laitance with air blowers and cleaning the surface by water jetting and air blowers and allowing the surface to dry for 2 days complete all as directed. (The work shall be executed by authorised rep of OEM of the material).

M & L for granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing over and including 25 mm thick PCC (1: 2: 4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete.

M&L for rendering 5mm in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two coats, 5mm in CM(1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, over 10mm thick in CM(1:6) on external surfaces and finished even and smooth without using exta cement. Note: Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfface and distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/Liter, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer specification. Two coats on new work coplete all as specified and dircted by engineer-in-charge.

M& L for preperation of newly palstered surface and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance eterior paint of required shade (company Depot tinted) with silicon addictives @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 liter/10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or steel based surface of any description, not otherwise described , over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm dia medium grade conforming to IS:1239 (Part I) including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 1.097 above but 20mm dia

Supply and fix 40mm dia High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm including all fitings fixed to wall are laid in floor complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F Bib taps suitable for 15mm bore pipes, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, quarter turn, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed.

S & F gun metal, globe or gate valves, heavy duty, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15 mm bore dia.

Safety approach-ladder to LT track, with safety caging must be provided on the crane for maintenance to mount the crane safely. 9. Suitable cabin for repair/maintenance of DSL bus bars is required to be provided/installed on the crane.

Safety devices such as safe load indicator/load cell, limit switches, end buffers, end stopper, bus-bar indication lamps, crane siren/alarm and bridge lamps be provided, Anti collision sensor must be provided if two or more cranes run on same track. 11. Name tally of crane indicating Sl No, make and model, date of manufacture and related capacity, safe working load to be fitted and clearly displayed on the crane. 12. Before handing over of crane it shall be ensured that crane is in operation state and must clear its load test prior one month of expiry of crane's warranty.
