Infiltration Well (8M DIA)

Excavation of pipe line trench in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and 15% will be in ordinary rock.

Providing, carting, laying & jointing by electric welding of following sizes of Pipes including all fittings, specials, bending, cutting, welding & threading as required for proper completion of work. MSERW Pipe as per IS: 3589

Supply and fixing of valves of ASA 150 grade in pipeline including cuting, threading of pipeline with fittings, materials, labours, T&P etc complete.Gun metal CS Sluice valves confirming IS:788

Supply of all materials, labours, T&P. etc.and construct Gate valve chamber as per type design complete.

Providing M20 plain concrete for Anchor / thrust block of 1 cu.m sized in high pressured zone of supply main as per type design complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:4:8( cement: sand :aggregate)

Provision for Protection works including all materials, T&P, labour complete as per the direction of Engineer in chargeRandam rubbel stone masonery in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:2:4( cement: sand :aggregate)
