Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, unreinforced in ground floors and paving and not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, reinforced in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in base for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick walls incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in CM (1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia of securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete in drain covers with plain fair faces including chamfered, weathering, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends
