Towards stripping off worn out plaster over the walls, ceilings etc. including disposal of rubbish to a distance of 50mts above etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards removal of old damaged wall and floor tiles including disposal of debris to a distance of 50 m above etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards removal of existing old washbasin, Urinals, Indian WC and EWC and including throwing of debris to a distance of 50 m above etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards cleaning of RCC roof by removal of dust and loosely adhering particles completely. Treating of potholes, surface hair cracks, construction joint (if any) with polymer-modified mortar etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards water proofing treatment by applying two coats over the terrace to arrest the leakage / seepage of water by using approved brand water proofing chemicals (Sika / Dr.fixit etc.) as directed etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors fixed with araldite/synthetic grout over the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with coloring oxide if required to match the color of tiles etc. all complete as directed as directed by site incharge.

Towards construction of brick masonry with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) etc. all complete as directed as directed by site incharge.

Towards plastering in cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards making, supplying and fixing of aluminum ventilators, doors with frame and shutters after removal of existing damaged doors and ventilator etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards M.S. integrated grill as per approved design integrated with steel window or ventilator, joints continuously welded with M.S. flats and bars etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards supplying, fitting and fixing SS round/square grating 100 mm etc. all complete as directed.

Towards taking out rain water down pipes, removing chock ups and re-fixing the same in position including mending etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A - Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc. if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materials (Spun Yarn, Bitumen/M-Seal etc.) complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards supplying, fitting and fixing E.W.C. in white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make complete in position with necessary bolts, nuts etc.- With 'P' trap and seat cover with flush tanks etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards providing and fixing porcelain wash basin Parryware or Hindware/ISI approved make supplied fitted and fixed with bracket, including painting (550mmx400mm) size including waste and coupling with waste pipe as directed by site incharge.

Towards supplying, fitting and fixing Flat back urinal (half stall urinal) in white vitreous chinaware of approved make in position with brass screws on 75 mm X 75 mm X 75 mm wooden blocks complete as directed. (590 mm X 390 mm X 380 mm) etc all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards supply and fixing of SS, bibcock, pillar cock and angular cock of approved make etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards repairs of old electrical wiring and fittings by providing new wiring, switches, switch boards, MCBs, 18 W PL lights etc. all complete as directed by site in charge.

Towards supply, fitting and fixing beveled edged mirror 5.5 mm thick, Silver Red as per I.S. 3438/1965 together with brass CP hinges - 650 mm x 450 mm etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Provision for overhead water tank of 1000-liter capacity with all connections, materials, labor charges etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards providing of accessories like towel rails, liquid soap container, toilet paper holder etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards cleaning of septic tank by disposing the manure and cleaning of all manholes, connecting pipes etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards providing and fixing of signage, different cleaning slogans over the plates etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.

Towards applying of two coats of paint to the walls and over parapet including all materials, labors charges etc. all complete as directed by site incharge.
