Supply of 3.0 Ton, Invertor Cassette type Air-Conditioner units with Heat and Cold mode fitted with Inverter Rotary sealed compressors operating on refrigerant R410 / Eco Friendly Green Gas, confirming to IS 1391 (Part-2)/1992 with latest amendment suitable for operation on 415V / 230V ±10%, 50Hz, Three / Single Phase AC Supply complete with Indoor and Outdoor Units, Cordless Remote Control and all acessaries etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3.0 Ton Inverter Cassette type Air - Conditioner complete with Indoor and Outdoor Units, Cordless Remote Control and all acessaries including electrical connections between the indoor outdoor unit, suitable size of MS stand / Bracket Stand for out door unit and wall cutting, hole cutting, plastering and making wall good condition etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of copper refrigerant (Suction & Discharge) pipies along with insulation & protective covering including electrical cable of suitable size and core from Indoor to Outdoor etc. as per requirement of 3.0 Ton Inverter Cassette type Air - Conditioner etc. complete as per site requirement.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25mm OD UPVC pipe for drain line with proper slope complete with fittings, supports including connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing of following size of perforated painted with powder coating G.I. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. (a) 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying & installation of Outdoor type Cable termination / looping box of minimum size 315 x 600 x 214 made of thermoplastic polycarbonate having minimum IP65 protection alongwith clamp etc. complete as required. (Make Hansel or Equivalent).

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, 10kA isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 63 A

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, 10kA MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 32 A

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single Pole

Supplying and drawing of 4Cx6 sq.mm. PVC insulated and PVC Shealthed copper conductor cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supply of following size of 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 : 1988 with upto date amendments. (a) 4C X 16 Sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium thimbles for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4 core, 25 Sq. mm sizes as required.

Cutting / Making opening of required area for ITC of 4.0 TR Cassette type indoor unit in the existing aluminium / gypsum false ceiling and making the damages good by providing and fixing Gypsum plasterboard of approved material in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of "T" runner and "T" Cross duly suspended from ceiling etc. complete as directed by Engineer - in - charge. (Each opening made for each unit and making the damages good will be counted as one Job)
