Eligibility Criteria

All the documents must be attested, scanned and uploaded.

The contractor should neither make any alteration in the conditions of contract or not stipulate any conditions of his own.

The Electronic document i.e., Technicalbid of all the participated bidder will be opened .After Post qualification among eligible bidders the lowest bidder will be identified. As per Govt circular no FD263 EXP-12/2022 Dt:11.05.2022. If the lowest bidder fails to produce the original documents for entering into an agreement or the original documents submitted does not match with the uploaded documents or found false, then his bid is treated as non-responsive bid as per clause-26(4) of the KTPP rules & his name would be recommended for the removal from the select list of KPWD enrolment and barred from participation in any of the tenders invited by the KNNL apart from forfeiting the EMD paid through e-cash.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Evaluation will be done based on the information provided by the contractor as per the document uploaded through KPPP the correctness of the uploaded document will be verified if necessary.

GST: The tenderer should quote the rate with respect to the amount shown as work portion Part-A in Column No-3 of Statement showing the details of work under Invitation For Tenders (IFT). As per Govt. order FD:417:Exependiture:12/2024 Bangalore dt.09.08.2024 &FD:447:Exependiture:12/2022 Bangalore dt. 30-7-2022 & Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited circular No:KNNL/FD/GST/2022-23/3144 dt:18.08.2022 G.S.T will be paid at applicable rates

The bidders shall ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP on or before the last date of bid submission (Through Electronic Media)

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The department shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.

Even though the agency/firm meets the qualifying criteria, they are subjected to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and incomplete filling of details in the prequalification document.

The evaluation of pre-qualification will be done based on the information provided by the contractor as per the documents uploaded through KPPP. The correctness of the uploaded documents will be verified if necessary.

Conditional tenders will be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Taxes will be deducted at the prevailing rates.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before attending and also submitting their tenders.

Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Ltd., Reserves the right to verify the correctness of the statements and documents furnished and inspect the jobs executed by the agency/firm, if found necessary.

The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document (SBD).

All relevant documents as per the KNNL need to be uploaded while submitting bid in general documents provision in KPP portal.

Contractors should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act.

Bidders should not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and Fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka.

Scanned Signature of the Bidder/Authorized Representative incase of firm/company to be attached while uploading bid documents along with valid power of attorney.

The officer competent to accept the tenders shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason and whatsoever.

The Contractor should adhere to the accepted execution plan submitted by his under any circumstances without linking to the pending payment of the work & also land acquisition problem if any.

Considering the availability of funds, the bill of the Agency will be paid.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Relevant documents must be uploaded wherever necessary.

If any of the dates mentioned in the Calendar of events happened to be declared holiday, the next working day holds good for event.

Each of the documents uploaded to the e-portal should be self-attested.

Bidder should having Annual Turnover of more than Rs.100.00crores shall submit GST E-Invoice, while claiming the Bills under the above work.

Any bidders who is otherwise technically qualified withdraws from the bidding process at any stage before a final decisions taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited, the name of such bidder shall be recommended for removal from the KPWD contractors at least for a minimum period of one year in KNNL, besides making such bidders liable for black listing.

Any of the bidder who withdraws from the bidding process after completion of tender submission date at any stage before a final decision taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited and the name of such bidder shall be removed from the select list of KPWD registration and barred from participation in any of the tenders invited by KNNL thereafter.

For electrical works prior to execution necessary approvals permissions should be obtained from competent authority.

The execution of electrical works shall be carried out strictly under the supervision of competent authority.

The item rates considered for above works are all inclusive of lead lifts and other all incidental charges complete as per specification as directed by Engineer In charge of work.

Period of Completion is as mentioned.

Bidder must posses valid GST Certificate.

Machineries are not Required to submit to this work as per government CircularNo:FD/263/EXP/12/2022 Date:11-05-2022

Estimate rates are excluding GST as per Common SR 2023-24 and prevailing GST (18% of Amount Put to tender) amount is kept in form of Lump sum in sanctioned estimate according to guidelines in Common SR (GO:PWD 51 RDF 2019 Bangaluru Dt:18.03.2022). Therefore, amount put to Tender and ECV amount are excluding GST. KPPP-PORTAL format has No Options to add GST Separately at stage of Draft Tender Schedule Process for Over All amount put to Tender, tender has been inviting through an Option with INCLUSIVE. But the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence, GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount accordingly. GST Declaration Certificate must be attached mandatorily.

Regarding Royalty of materiel MDP (Mineral Dispatch Permit)is mandatory as per the Govt Circular Dated :07.11.2023.

As per FD circular: FD/944/EXP-12/2024 D 03.04.2025 In sub-rule (1), after the words irrevocable bank Guarantee the words including e-Bank Guarantee, Insurance Surety Bonds issued by Insurance Company authorized by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authorised of India
