SINGLE TENDER (OEM) FOR AMC OF PRINTERS SUPPLIED BY M/S DOMINO PRINTECH INDIA LLP (VC- 103149) AT MAK LUBE PLANT LONI

SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The contract period will be for one year from date of LOI/Agreement. 2. Vender is required to supply material on door delivery basis on Purchase order placement within 7 days from date of PO. 3. Vender to provide technical support over phone and perform repairs on Domino printers at the site. 4. All spare parts must be original genuine domino and supplied in sealed pack condition. 5. Any faulty /defective part delivered shall be rejected and must be replaced within 7 days from date of receipt at the site. 6. The vender should be responsible for packing, forwarding and dispatching, insurance and safe delivery of materials at site the quote price. 7. FIRM PRICE: Price will be firm and no escalation will be entertained on any ground except on the ground of statutory levies applicable on the tendered items.
