Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on internal surfaces on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in two layers (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick-work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plastering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as ecommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed (Note : (i) After drying of primer coat, surface shall be sanded with zero-grade abrasive paper, ensuring primer is not rubbed off. Surface shall be dusted clean. Emulsion paint shall be applied in accordance with manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Rate to include scaffolding and all safety measures at site. ).

M&L for complete removal of existing paint from old decorated surface, preparation of wall surfaces by washing down, rubbing, and removing stains, including application of Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and providing and fixing in repairs of Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw incl GI frame work with standard specification all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding of concrete or levelling course etc and finished the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of surface thoroughly from dust & dirt and cement slurry @ 3 Kg / Sqm shall be applied thoroughly. The provide 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, after setting and drying cement mortar, the entire surface of the roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particle / dust / dirt particle and applying a coat of hot blown grade bitumen primer grade 85 / 25 @ 1.20 Kg Par Sqm shall be applied over priming surface. APP based polymeric membrane of minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm and a minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/Sqm) shall be laid on roof and on vertical surface upto and insert in grooves and packed in CM (1:3) with overlaps in membrane 100mm, The over laps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufacturer's instructions. and finally it will be finished with two coats of bituminous based aluminium paint including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately in Supply only item.)

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10cmm thick coloured vitrified tiles, double charged, premium quality, size exceeding 0.42 Sq.m and not exceeding 1 Sq.m, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile with and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE(I).)

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
