Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of Following Services at RMC Data Centre, Phase-IV, Mohali as per specification and details of services (Inventory) etc. attached
(a)E.I. & Fans (b) Compound-Lighting (c) E.A. Set (d) Manual Fire detection. (e) Split A/C unit, Window A/c Units, Water Coolers and Voltage Stabilizers (f) Package AC Plant / HPAC Units
Comprehensive Maintenance of UPS of following capacity i.e repair and replacement of faulty parts, day to day operation of UPS i.e UPS is working normally,attending any announciated indicators on the UPS itself , ensuring input voltage and current , output Voltage and current,output frequency,Battery voltage and current faults and other relevant information as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge in such a way to maintain uninterupted supply to RMC Data Centre Services.
40 KVA = 02 Nos (3 phase input & 3 phase output) and 5 KVA = 01 Nos (1 phase input & 1 phase output) Note: - Replacement,Testing and Healthiness of Barrierues connected with UPS are not included in the scope of this work.
Providing maintenance free New Lead acid Batteries as a replacement of existing old batteries of following types/rating complete with first fill of electrolyte & first charging i/c replacement of leads, nut bolts ,terminals/thimbles complete as reqd.( The Old batteries shall be the property of the contractor and rates shall be quoted accordingly)
Servicing of following capacity DEA set from authorized service dealer i/c replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, & lube oil ,coolant etc complete with cleaning of DEA set in six months or as per OEM recommendation which ever is applicable complete as reqd. ( The dismantled material after services shall be the property of the contractor and rates shall be be quoted accordingly)
