SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 duly mixed with and including water proofing compound on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laying hyperlas standard Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sqm incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sqm followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10 cm overlap all as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include Water proofing compound. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for providing 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm thick as in levlling course to receive water proofing treatment or sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and and removing rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in vertical surfaces as in skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.
