Ist class brick (M-100) work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar with all cost of material,labour and T&P etc. complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Cement pointing (struk deep) in 1:3 C.M. (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand ) on Brick Masonary etc. including all cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durrocem, Rabiacem, Guttucem supreme quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after thoroughly brushing the sarface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including Curing & Cost of all material complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismentaling of Brick or Stone Massonary in lime or Cement i/c Stacking of taled Material with in 60 M distance complete all as specified and complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge
