Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 {Random rubble masonry In cement mortar (1:5)}

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally)including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing notless than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202. (The reinforcement steel shall be as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

PAVEMENT WORK

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

BITUMINOUS WORKS

Prime Coat Low porosity :- Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open -graded primix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm agregates using penetration grade Catonic Bitumen Emulsion (Tailor mace binder ) to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base ,including mixing in a suitable plant, lying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per MORD specification Clause 506.2

Providing and Laying seal coat by Bituninous Emulsion (tailor made binder) as binder for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
