Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing anodized powder coated aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partions with extruded built up standerd tublar and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade acccording to IS -1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC (15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or Fixing with clips or with expension hold fasteners I/C necessary filling up of gaps at junction at top bottom nd sides with required PVC neroprene etc. aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitered and jointed machenically where ever required including cleat angle aluminium snap beading for glazing, pannelling CP brass stainless screws, long bolts 10 mm dia on top and bottom tail of doors, complete for door frmes pannellled and glazed, wire gauge shutters etc. as per architectural drawings in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile complete in all respect.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of Kajaria / Somany / Cera make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick ement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. in all leads and lifts.

Proving under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stoneAggregated 40 mm nominal size will rammed with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete in all respect.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work complete in all respect.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing ccessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) complete in all respect.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plates, suitable G.I. box and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required. (Group C)

Wiring for light plug with 2x1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 No.1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required.
