REPAIR TO CHAIR DINING(FD-228):- Removing /taking out existing unserviceable damaged/broken rear leg and supply and fixing of new rear leg made out of well seasoned 1st class hard wood free form knot, sap wood etc of existing size including providing of PVC shoe at the bottom of the legs with screw. complete all as shown on drg & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per item No 1 above but for front leg of existing size complete all as shown on drg & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per item No 1 above but for front/back/side rails of existing size complete all as shown on drg & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Removing of old broken stiffner and replacing with new stiffner of existing size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&l for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper and smoothing of surface, filling of bore holes with wooden putty paste rubbing of surface with sand paper till smoothening and polishing to chair dining all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

All as per item No 6 above but for back/front/side rail of exisitng size including drilling holes for re-caning and finished with french polish as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&l for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper and smoothing of surface, filling of bore holes with wooden putty paste rubbing of surface with sand paper till smoothening and polishing to chair writing, complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

TABLE BED SIDE (FD-245, 265,275):- Taking out old userviceable top from table bed side and supply and fix new topof existing size made out of 19/20mm thick, commercial face particle board teak veneered finish of approved quality including Providing 19 x 4mm size 1st class hard wood semi oval shape beading all around complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.

Taking out broken damaged back plywood from back of table bed side of size 610x450mm and S&F new plywood BWR Gde 6mm thick commercial , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out broken/damaged leg of table bed side and S&F new legs of size 100x45x45mm made out of well seasoned 1st class hard wood, free from knot, sap wood etc duly fixed with PVC shoe at the bottom of legs with screws. complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper and smoothing of surface, filling of bore holes with wooden putty paste rubbing of surface with sand paper till smoothening and polishing to table bedside. Complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

TABLE CENTRE(FD-235):- Taking out old userviceable top from table center and S&F new top of existing size made out of 19/20mm thick, commercial face particle board teak veneered finish of approved quality including Providing 19 x 4mm size 1st class hard wood semi oval shape beading all around,complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.

Taking out old broken/damaged leg of table centre and S&F new leg made out of well seasoned 1st class teak wood, free from kont, sap wood etc of existing size including Providing PVC shoe at the bottom of the legs fixed with screw. complete all as shown on drg and as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16 above but top rail made out of well seasoned1st class hard wood.complete all as shown on drg and as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper and smoothing of surface, filling of bore holes with wooden putty paste rubbing of surface with sand paper till smoothening and polishing to table bedside. Complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

RE-CANING OF CHAIR:- M&L for re-canning of chair any type with 2mm wide plastic cane half oval shape to a true shape for general caning as per godrej pattern and 4mm wide plastic cane for bordering around of caning of chair all types, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

POLISHING TO ALL WOODEN ITEMS OF FURNITURE (Only Polishing):- M&L for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces of chair dining other than those already repaired and polished above by scrapping with sand paper and smoothing of surface, filling of bore holes with wooden putty paste rubbing of surface with sand paper till smoothening and polishing to chair dining complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

All as per item 20 above but for chair easy,complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

All as per item 20 above but for Table writing,complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

Bed Plywood Top (FD-246):- Removing the old unserviceable head board from bed plywood top, S&F new head board of size 900x660mm made out of 02 nos of vertical of size 60x60x660mm using second class hard wood (vertical shall be shaped as legs of size 60 x60mm at top and 30 x30mm at the bottom) and 2 Nos of stiffeners 40 x60mm (top and bottom round shape) with 75 mm width and 22 mm thick soft wood battens between stiffeners covered with 4mm thick plywood OST exterior grade on both side and 12mm half rounded taak wood beaing round the edges of plywood by providing 2 Nos of 25mm size round head brass screws for MNF set key holes and applying two coats of french polishing etc, complete all as per drawing and as directed.

All as per item No 23 above but for foot board of bed plywood top of size 900x 500mm complete all as per drawing and as directed.

S&F long rail of bed plywood top of size 90x35mm, 1980mm long made from 1st class teak wood and providing brackets made from flat iron -02 Nos of size 35x6mm thick 200mm long on both ends and finishing the exposed wooden surface with french polishing including removing the old unserviceable long rails all as directed and as per drawings,

Removing the old unserviceable pealed plywood from bed plywood top, S&F new plywood commercial type, exterior grade, approved quality of size 1900x900mm 12mm thick on both side complete all as per drawing and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper and smoothing of surface, filling of bore holes with wooden putty paste rubbing of surface with sand paper till smoothening and polishing to Bed plywood top. Complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE NEWAR/PLYTOP(FD- 220):- M&L removing old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and reweaving both side with best quality nylon newar 50mm wide which shall be white/light colour not made out of recycled nylon and weight not less than 1.5 Kgs in each charpoy, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing newar of Charpoy GI/IP and S & F of two nos of MS Flat iron 40mm X 6mm , 900 mm long and welding on the long rails at 90 degree so as to divide tha long rails into three equal parts.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 12mm thick plywood BWR of approved quality size 1980mm X 900 mm, cutting into correct dimension and rounding at edges to give it a perfect shape with 14 Nos suitable dia and length of nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for drilling holes 14 nos on GI charpoy three each on long rails, two on short rails and two on the flat iron welded on the two rails with a suitable drilling machine. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI Elbow 32mm dia heavy duty ISI marked after taking out old U/S GI elbow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F GI check nut 32 mm size, heavy duty ISI marked after taking out old u/s check nut from charpoy GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out broken/damaged long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail of charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia med grade, ISI marked including cutting, threading , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: TATA/JINDAL/BANSAL

Taking out broken/damaged short rail from charpoy GI pipe and fixing short rail made out from old pipe including cutting for required size and shape & threading and fixing (old pipe shall be obtained from Ser No 34) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg made out of old pipe including cutting of required size and shape & threading and fixing (Old pipe shall be obtained from Ser No 34) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH(FD-259):- Removing old unserviceable cane from chair verandah and recaning with new plastic cane 4mm width half round including M&L for painting two coats with white synthetic enamel paint on entire steel/iron surface of chair before recaning and S & F of new hard rubber toes 15mm dia at bottom of legs after taking out old toes. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair repair to chair verandah by welding (if required) and painting two coat white synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE/MEDIUM(FD-67(m)):- M&L for one coat spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade on almirah steel large internally and externally including shelves & internal locker complete after preparation of old painted steel surfaces by scrapping/rubbing down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 12 above but for Almirah steel medium with shelves,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for legs of almirah steel large by replacing old/damaged legs with 1mm thick MS sheet and fixing the new legs by welding to almirah steel large and applying one coat painting with synthetic enamel paint 1st garde on new legs externally complete after preparation of old/new steel surfaces by scrapping/rubbing down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable lock from almirah large/med steel and S&F new lock best quality of Make GODREJ/LINK/NATIONAL LOCK CO/ HARRISON ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable handle from almirah large/med steel and S&F new one make Godrej or equivalent ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WIHTOUT ARMS:- Taking out existing unserviceable iron clip flat iron from the chair CB steel with and without arms & supply and fixing 25x3mm thick & 50mm long FI clip by necessary welding to fix the seat and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chair CBA steel with/without arms by replacing broken/damaged seat frame with new 1st class hard wood frame including canning, drilling holes and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as directed by Engr –in- charge.

All as per item 45 above but back,complete all as directed by Engr –in- charge.

M&L for one coat of painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade to all steel portion of chair CB steel with/without arms complete after preparation of old painted wooden surfaces by scrapping/rubbing down including providing PVC/rubber toes at the bottom of legs and cap on top of tube complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

LOCKER BEDSIDE:- M&L for one coat spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade on bedside locker steel internally and externally including shelves complete after preparation of old painted steel surfaces by scrapping/rubbing down complete all as directed by Engr –in- Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable handle from bedside locker steel and S&F new one of best quality, Make - Godrej or equivalent ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
