Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) through steel / PVC conduit / casing caping including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, buzzer, bell, switch sockets, etc removing and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc, with its original specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring concealed with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS), 1100 volts grade drawn through and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked with all accessories and terminated in modular sunken boxes (concealed in wall) for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators, etc including 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable for continuous earth conductor and connecting to earth dolly for One light point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts. Note- i) The cost of cutting chases in stone /brick masonary and making good disturbed surfaces using cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. ii) Colour coding shall be folowed as (i) Phase- Red (ii) Neutral - Black (iii) Earth - green.

Taking down fan, any size any make from various satellite area locations, for repair/replacement of defective parts and rehanging/refixing in its original location after reconditioning complete as specified and directed for Cieling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep, wall fan/Exhaust fan upto 450mm sweep. Note:- Items for reconditioning will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Material and labour for Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.75 but for wall fan/Exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for removing the burnt out winding, cleaning slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of equivalent size to the original winding including warnishing, drying etc replacement of body screws, testing and commissioning on full load for 8 hours continous runing for Ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.77 but for wall fan/Exhaust fan/Pedestal fan upto 450 mm sweep.

Supply and replace capacitor 2.5/3.15/4 mfd, 240 volts, AC suitable for fans etc.

Supply and replace ball bearing made out of high carbon steel as per existing suitable for Ceiling fan any type any size.

Supply and replace bush bearing made out of brass alloy as per existing suitable for Ceiling fan any type any size.

Supply and replace bakelite body nichrome connectors, 2 way with fixing screws of suitable size for ceiling fans any type any size including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace 1100 volts grade PVC flexible twisted twin core cable with multistranded coppr conductor of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 ×600 × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
