Execution of Mega PWS project to Badapada and Papermetla GPs including five years maintenance cost under Chitrakonda Block in Malkangiri District

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P etc. and construction of Mechanical & Electrical part at Floating Jetty including supply and installation of 63 KVA sub-station with LT/HT line, Pump motor with standby etc., construction of Mechanical & Electrical part at WTP including supply and installation of 100 KVA sub-station with LT/HT line, Pump motor with standby etc., laying, testing and commissioning of Raw water rising main, clear water rising main, distribution system to all the habitations with DI, HDPE, ASTM, G.I pipes along with required fittigs & specials and construction of valve chamber, Air Valve Chamber, individual house hold connection, Stand alone, Construction of staff Quarter, Boundary walls at WTP, 3 Nos. ESR total 504 meter (excluding gate), construction of approach road alongwith site development of 120 meter etc., internal wiring to Staff Quarter, as per Drawingis and detail scope of work & technical specification in connection with PWS to 32 Villages of Badapada & Papermetla GPs. All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire 32 village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg/ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS system.

Design, drawing, constuction, errection, testing and commissioning of following capacity RCC Elevated storage reservoir (Circular type with speherical dome) as per detailed scope of work & technical specification including testing of soil, approved by competent authority of designs etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1)150000 Liter 1.0 Nos. 2)80000 Liter -1.0 Nos. 3)60000 Liter -1.0 Nos.

WTP: Doing Geotechnical survey, Collecting field data, designing, getting it approved by competent authority and Providing all labours and necessary equipment for designing & construction of Jetty floating, Design & Manufacture of Pump Barge, Additional piece of new chain in place of re- condition chain, Gangway, Design Manufacture and supply of swivel yoke & Roller, Transportation of Barges & Gangway at site & Installation of Gangway & Barge at site etc.

The contractor shall maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hour/day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department. The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification
