(Note : (i) Rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item here-in-below. (ii) The cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating of fans has to be carried at site itself and to be completed withing one hour unless re-winding is required. (iii) The cost of transportation from site of work to workshop and back for rewinding is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate, (iv) Rewinding shall be carried out in contractor's workshop and fan shall be re-fixed at site withing 10 days after taking down from site.
