Comprehensive annual maintenance of 8.5TRX4 Nos. i.e 34 TR (routine & preventive including all parts) for one years of Ductable Packaged Air Conditioner . AMC also comprises Breakdown maintenance of High side & Low side of the Air conditioning plant comprising of all the machinary, equipment installed. Note: Breakdown maintenance will be carried out on arising , within 48 hours, regular preventive maintenance is to be done on monthly basis.

Comprehensive annual maintenance of cold room 4.5TRX2Nos. i.e 9 TR (routine & preventive including all parts) for one years. AMC also comprises Breakdown maintenance of High side & Low side of the cold room comprising of all the machinary, equipment installed. Note: Breakdown maintenance will be carried out on arising , within 48 hours, regular preventive maintenance is to be done on monthly basis.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of 4 Nos. motors for AHU & Exhaust Air Blower with following details:- i)Three phase induction Motor 1.5 HP, 2880 rpm approx . =1no. ii) Three phase induction Motor 1.0 HP, 1405 rpm approx. =1no. iii) Three phase induction Motor 2.0 HP, 1410 rpm approx. =1no. iv) Three phase induction Motor 0.75 HP, 1405 rpm approx. =1no.
