Painting with acid proof paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Placing in position/ rearrangement of precast RCC slab over the trench complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti- termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at 7.5 litres/sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure at a depth of 300 mm including excavation channel along the wall and rodding including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete as per the standard specifications and directions of board staff (As per DAR Vol 1 Item No.2.35.2)

Supplying and laying self levelling,high gloss,seamless,Di-electric flooring of INSULKOTE EP(primer) + INSULKOTE LT, 33kV (Top Coat), Stanvac/Monarch make or equivalent (Di-electric coating to be applied by a firm having sufficient expertise in such works) including all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the directions of Board staff.
