Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed)

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level.Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of req. shade (Two or more coats) applied over an under coat of primer approved brand.(125.80-50.70=75.10)

12 mm cement plaster of mix. 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of app.brand (two or more coats) to give an even shade on new work over and i/c priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Textured exterior paint of required shade : of required shade on New work (Two or more coats over and i/c a base coat of water proof cement paint.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size,Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes,Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 35 mm thick

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners,all necessary fittings complete
